Stayed here as a stopver back to london. Picked up by the hotel shuttlebus, very efficient service. I stupidly didnt get any cash out when i left the airport as i was only there one night. There is no facilities in the hotel for a drink or food. There is a shop next door, and a small food place next door to that, neither accept cards so no dinner for me. The room was fine, clean and adequate. The shower was gantastic and they provided lovely shower gels, i dont normally even notice what they provide but the products were really lovely. Really comfortable bed. In the morning the breakfast buffet is excellent. Great selection of fruits, cereals, chinese food. Overall this hotel is great value for a stopover, just make sure you get cash at the airport.

All explained above, but my own fault

The staff were in general very nice and welcoming. Breakfast there was beyond our expectations.

We were a bit disappointed with the location and shuttle service. If the requirement is for one night stay near the airport it's okay, but if you need to commute a little during the stay to downtown area, extra hours will be considered (including waiting time for shuttle, and 20min driving to the airport). You HAVE to call the shuttle number at the airport (we had to ask the service area as we didn't have Chinese phone) every time and let them know you are waiting there, otherwise you may miss the shuttle. Beds (and pillows) were overall a bit soft...

Amazing and helpful staff. We stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank the hotel transfer personnel separately. He walked us through the airport to the subway and helped us get tickets. Great service!

There is nothing much to the location. No restaurant or shops within easy walking distence.

Relatively close to the airport. Free transfer to the airport from the hotel, even in the early morning. They prepare a small breakfast to go (milk, boiled egg, some bakery), that was really nice. Staff super friendly, quite room, large and comfy bed. Good choice for a short stop over in Shanghai. Small shop at the hotel, possible to buy some basic stuff, drinks, cup noodles, shampoos etc. But otherwise there's nothing around the hotel, no shops, not cafes.

Wi-Fi didn't work. Maybe it requires a Chinese phone number. Not easy to get from the hotel to city center, subway far away from the hotel, no buses. You have to get back to the airport and then to take Maglev/bus/subway from the airport to the city center.

Perfect when you need a nights rest before going to the airport. I checked in at 01:00am and got the shuttle at 06:00am. Shuttle was prompt and on time- didn’t hang around for anyone. Just tell the staff at the desk what time you want the shuttle when you check-in. They dont speak much english but enough words to understand. To arrive at T2 took about 30 mins. Room was clean and nice shower. Its a shame some people speak loudly in the corridors when checking in at late times waking me up, but thats not the hotels fault.

The facilities, location, the free shuttle bus service, the staff helped with my luggage and wifi connection. Clean rooms. Many vegetarian options.

I upgraded to a room with view, but I got a room without a view, I did arrive really late in the evening view and had to leave early the next day, so view didn't matter too much. However it would have been nice to receive room that I did upgraded for, I didn't speak to staff about this because language seemed to abit of a barrier so I hesitated to communicate this. I couldn't find a number anywhere in room to call staff for help when I needed toothbrush. I wish food very clearly labeled with vegetarian options, as it was difficult to communicate with staff since I don't speak the local language.

The hotel is fantastic, 10/10 other than it is a bit far from the airport and the shuttle service as discribed below. The shuttle is great, depart on the hour at each end, hotel and airport, respectively. Recommend the hotel to work on the communication regarding the shuttle bus, such as providing the shuttle driver contact number on the reservation and specify the pickup location from the airport. If we did not call the day before, we would not know that 1) we have to call the driver first, and 2) what number to call. Once landed and waiting for the shuttle, we have to call to find out where to wait for the bus. Once the shuttle arrived, we were told there are multiple Vienna hotels and we were not sure if it was the right shuttle. It could be frustrating and difficult for passagers who do not speak Chinese. Better written communication ahead of the time would go a long way.

The room is big and comfortable. Good shuttle bus service to and from the hotel, although the messages can be clearer about where to get on the bus from the airport. We went to the gate 25 on arrival floor and had to mess around at the airport to find the bus that was outside the departure hall. Overall I recommend the hotel if you need to catch an early flight the next day. If you have time to visit Shanghai then this is not for you as it takes 2 hours to get to the city centre.
