Stayed here as a stopver back to london. Picked up by the hotel shuttlebus, very efficient service. I stupidly didnt get any cash out when i left the airport as i was only there one night. There is no facilities in the hotel for a drink or food. There is a shop next door, and a small food place next door to that, neither accept cards so no dinner for me. The room was fine, clean and adequate. The shower was gantastic and they provided lovely shower gels, i dont normally even notice what they provide but the products were really lovely. Really comfortable bed. In the morning the breakfast buffet is excellent. Great selection of fruits, cereals, chinese food. Overall this hotel is great value for a stopover, just make sure you get cash at the airport.

All explained above, but my own fault

Was totally impressed with this hotel it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff were helpful and polite, the hotel was beautiful, the room was big and immaculately clean, the beds big, clean and comfortable, the shower was bliss with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Note: although the next door restaurant may only take cash there are other restaurants and shops (including a convenience store, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Chinese restaurants) just 15 mins walk away, very easy and straightforward. I will definitely be staying here on my return journey.

The pick up shuttle was slightly confusing regarding pick up times.

The staff were in general very nice and welcoming. Breakfast there was beyond our expectations.

We were a bit disappointed with the location and shuttle service. If the requirement is for one night stay near the airport it's okay, but if you need to commute a little during the stay to downtown area, extra hours will be considered (including waiting time for shuttle, and 20min driving to the airport). You HAVE to call the shuttle number at the airport (we had to ask the service area as we didn't have Chinese phone) every time and let them know you are waiting there, otherwise you may miss the shuttle. Beds (and pillows) were overall a bit soft...

Nice hotel with nice rooms and food. We used for a transfer flight. Was a perfect fit.

The sink of the shower was full. So the water didn't go away. We where to tired to contact the hotel about it. So maybe they fixed it for us

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers regular free shuttles to and from the airport. Make sure you get the shuttle driver's WeChat number so that you can communicate your arrival time with him. The room is small but has every thing you need for a night. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is good and clean. Bottled water is also provided daily and they have a small convenience store next to the lobby to buy some snacks, water and other drinks. The staff can speak some English but most have translation apps to communicate. They are friendly and try to assist where they can.

The room smelled like smoke so it would be good for the hotel to maybe have a non-smoking floor. The rooms are not too noise proof so you can still hear when others move around in the corridors. The aircon in our room could not be set to a cooler temperature so the room stayed very hot.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

Perhaps, it was midnight, as we arrived late, the lady at the desk, one is very accommodating and i gather the other was the supervisor, she was very rude. Just focusing on her work when we were asking help for the laundry. The assistant was helping her and reluctantly, ( because we never use the laundry machine in china , this is our first trip) she ask her to help us and was very unhappy. Other than that, the gentleman that night was extremely nice and friendly, the assistant was really sweet and helpful. I just think, as a supervisor, the attitude to night visitors should be more professional. I am also wondering why does booking.com say we didn’t show? Please respond and let me know what charges you have charge us.

The hotel has a free airport transfer shuttle that works quite well.

The staff could not speak English, this was very frustrating. we broke the hotel since on the profile they say they did speak English, but sadly not. We also did to have the cash to pay the taxi driver, but the staff was not willing to help us with the cash to settle the bill. as a result there the taxi driver demanded even more money from us and they could not help, we call the police and the matter was solve. funny thing is that when the police asked the staff to give change to the taxi driver, they did have cash LOL!

The hotel has an airport shuttle that is very convenient. We also used their Shuttle to and from Shanghai Disney which was a great bonus. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly although their English is very basic.

Some floors smell like smoke and the breakfast has a very limited western selection but a great Chinese breakfast selection

Amazing and helpful staff. We stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank the hotel transfer personnel separately. He walked us through the airport to the subway and helped us get tickets. Great service!

Good, helpful service. Excellent early breakfast choices of fresh food, both Western & local. Robot room service!

The first room i had smelt badly of cigarettes! However the staff were happy to oblige me with a change once l asked. Very good shuttle transport service. All In all very pleased with the hotel.
