Great value for the money, convenient location - 7 min walk to the train station that you can take back to the airport and hop on maglev if needed. The staff spoke English and helped us to get around, plus we left our bags at the hotel after the check out. Breakfast was quite useful too. The room was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay.

The shuttle buses are only 45 min frequency, which is quite long, there is nowhere to sit while waiting for the bus, so overall waiting for the bus was quite a tiring experience. We should have hopped on a metro or just got a taxi (our bank cards worked at the end). But good to know for the next time. The bed mattress was too rigid for me, but it's a personal preference.

We had an overnight stay in transit and needed to be back in the airport at 6am the next morning so this hotel was a great choice. We used the free shuttle bus to and from the airport terminal. The room was clean and functional and the bed was very comfortable. There is nothing within walking distance to the hotel but the staff were helpful and suggested a nearby outdoor shopping centre to visit and to have dinner. We left too early to take advantage of the included breakfast but the hotel provided grab bags with breakfast items to take with us.

The place is conveniently located close to Pudong airport and has a free shuttle-service available. It's clean, new, modern, good buffet for breakfast and a number of free amenities. Wifi was cheap AND didnt require registrering personally, either (a general key was provided, though this was NOT the normal procedure)

The shuttle only goes every so often, so make sure to check the schedule. And, weirdly, I would note that the hotel's newness is somewhat of a down-side at the moment as a lot of maps dont have its location; especially on the chinese map-apps. They do NOT find the right hotel when searching for 'Holiday Inn'. I believe its referred to as 'Jingjian' inn for some reason. YMMV. Best to find it and simply point at it on your map-app if you need to get there by taxi.

We liked the hotel floor and accommodation choice, the room was very clean and spacious, we liked it very much, as for dinner buffet and morning buffet, the choices are very limited. Not tailored for all, but only selected few.

The shuttle bus location was good, but the translation was not, we waited at 2nd floor instead of the 1st floor, a difference in translation. We meant to catch earlier bus, due to the lack of understand which floor, we nearly didn't make it, until the airport staff was very firm of finding out where the bus meant to be located.

Everything was very good. When I read some reviews I thought maybe not to book it but when I eventually did and got there it was excellent. Everything including breakfast. Absolutely lovely.

They don't tell you where exactly to find their shuttle bus from airport. I struggle to find the shuttle bus and eventually I got a taxi outside gate 25. which was very cheap and the hotel is so close. For taxi you need to get it outside gate 25 and it is few minutes ride. They need to tell you where is the exact location of the shuttle bus. That's all. Hotel itself is excellent. Thanks

Close to the aiport with free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Nice spacious and clean room and great shower facilities. Yes, you hear noise from outside including planes, but I always bring my own earplugs, so I had a very good night sleep despite being close to the eleverator as well.

A bit more western breakfast and dinner buffet would be nice. Dinner buffet around 10 euro, don't expect it to have extensive choice, it is quite limited and Chinese oriented. Staff at reception were OK but were looking a bit bored.

Overnight stop for a connecting flight. Check-in was quick. Room was immaculate and it had good lighting, something that a lot of hotel rooms strangely don't have. I was in the room for about fifteen minutes and heard a screaming kid in the next room. I went to reception and they let me change rooms with no hassle. I told them I'd used the toilet and they still let me change. I had to leave early for the flight before breakfast started and they gave me a bag meal breakfast on checking out which was good. It was the cheapest available as well.

Very clean, well maintained rooms and common areas. good facilities and everything you needed was available in the rooms- toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash etc. not sure why this is rated two star on google. they even had water bottles freely available throughout the property which was much appreciated, especially as you cannot drink tap water in China.

slight inconvenience as there was no gym on site. it is a good 5 minute walk, a rather roundabout route through a mall area also. during my stay, only on my floor it seams, there were two security guards/police officers sitting by the elevators the entire time. they must have had a reason but this was a bit uncomfortable getting in and out of the elevator each time.

Close to the airport (in the morning there are shuttles going directly to the airport instead of first going to another hotel). Friendly staff. Bed was good. Clean room. Basic buffet in the evening but it did its job! Yes it is close to planes, motorway and train therefore not really quiet but we did not have issues sleeping.

Nothing. It is a budget hotel so you know what you get or not for the price. For us it was perfectly OK for a transit night!

The Airport Shuttle Bus was a great Service and very punctual both for pick-up at the airport and the hotel. Check-In went super smoothly and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was a prepared paperbag with a banana, a hard-boiled egg, a sweet treat, milk and bread (super convenient if you need to take the bus to the airport early like we had to). The bed was super soft, the room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. There was a nice selction of teas available in the room and a kettle.
