The rooms are very spacious and calm. Everything was very modern and clean. The artwork in the halls and inside the rooms was a bonus which made the ambiance even more upscale. The staff at the reception was very helpful and arranged a taxi for me late evening to Visit Shanghai city. Free pick up and drop off from Shanghai Pudong airport.

The noise of incoming guests late at night and guests leaving as early as 5 am was a bit annoying. Since the corridors were all concrete, rolling luggage made quite a noise. If you have a light sleep, this might affect you. In any case I was able to fall asleep again.

Big room, all amenities available, bathtub, smart toilet… usually when I book an “airport hotel” in Europe what I get is a small room just for crashing and nothing else, Lin Yin was definitely a sweet surprise

Live communication is tricky! Only one employee spoke English! Refer to Wechat when anything is needed, as you can translate the conversation.

Cigarette smell all over the hallway... sticky floor, but good to point out, they prepare clean slipper to walk in the room. Poor sound proof, clear noise from hallway.

Large clean room, very equipped with things you need for the night. Staff are friendly. Shuttle bus takes 20-30 mins to the airport.

Acoustic not great, I can hear people in the corridor and water running from other rooms. Internet not great, unable to use WhatsApp, Line ..etc.

It was great room, close to the airport but no real walking that was nice The room was spacious, extremely comfortable and the staff were very kind

The breakfast coffee was ordinary. The shuttle bus that was advertise stopped at 2pm in the afternoon which wasn't "24 hour" as mentioned.

The room is large and modern with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was very close to Pudong airport which made it very convenient to stay the one night there.

I was there for such a short time so did not notice anything I did not like.

Large, beautiful rooms. There is a cafe and a few restaurants within the resort style hotel. It’s located about 10 minutes drive from Shanghai’s Pudong Airport and has a free shuttle bus

The room size was incredible, and looked like the photos. The beds were soft and very comfortable after a long flight was needed. The room was very well priced and quite reasonable .

I wasn’t paying attention THSR i should i firm the hotel abour my artival time ,so i had to take a taxi to get to the hotel. But next day the staff offered me use a shuttle bus.It was veru comfortable.

Free upgrade, helpful staff with my luggage. Bathroom was excellent.

It was a bit hot in the room when I arrived but aircon cooled it down quickly.
