The best thing was the guys at the reception, they were so kind and sweet and helpful, it left good feelings. The location is very useful, you can get there by car but it is steps from the medina. I took the apartment for the kitchen and I was able to find things in nearby shops. I felt safe and cared for there. The decoration was cute - like murals on the light wells and charming furniture. Wifi and tv were fine. Good hot water in the shower and good cleaning! The fridge wasnt working when I arrived but it was fixed the next day. I didnt have to do steps, it is ground floor.

Being ground floor it is dark and lighting could be better, brighter bulbs with lamps would be cozier. There was a smell of damp and a bit of back up in the bathroom.

The location was half a block from the gate to the old city We could take a taxi right to our door Staff were helpful

The plugs didn't always work so I unplugged the TV which we weren't watching anyway The open shower in the bathroom was fine but a cheap squeegee to dry the floor would have been easier.

Host was exceptional, Sofian organised transport to/from Tangier for us! Apartment was gorgeous & Moroccan. Price was big value for money. Location could not have been better. Restaurant’Fornaccio’ was next door with best ever food, friendly staff, and ambiance. Loved it all!!

the guys at reception are brilliant both to have a chat and to get any info or accomodate your needs, the rooms are very good for the money, location great.

the guests can be very inconsiderate towards other visitors, like many places this riad could improve by having a quiet hours policy :)

Location was excellent. We booked an apartment which had all facilities. Bathroom was clean as well. I would like to extend my thanks to Thoufeeq and Sufyan especially who were there in the reception, They were very helpful. My wife was sick during our stay in Chefchohan and Sufyan helped us to get to the hospital and pharmacy and was there whenever we were in need. Moroccons are very hospitable people and Sufyan showed its best.

The location was close to the medina. The staff were cooperative. The rooms were small but for the price and comparing other similar hotels in Chefchaouen, the size seems to be on par. The rooms, bedsheet, linens, bathroom were pretty clean.

Having some small facilities such as microwave, washer, dryer would be good to have.

Nice and beautiful hotel close to the Blue City! Very helpful and friendly staff! Top service! Very clean rooms! Nice and big terrace! I have a very good time in the hotel! Recommended to everybody!

It was a nice place to stay , quaint older place. Rooms were a bit small but nice. Beds were comfy. Nice assortment of places to have food or stop for coffee. This Riad is located at the top of the hill we would walk down to the Medina and square to explore then take a taxi back up to the top.

I forgot a sweater in the room after the checkout. I contacted the hotel the next day and they told me that they found it. Taoufik was amazing! He gave me his number, and took the sweater with him ( quite an expensive one :/ ) until i was in Casablanca and shipped it to me. I am so grateful of this hotel and of the staff they deserve all the best in the World!!

A lovely little guest house in the perfect location just outside the medina. Excellent value for money and the staff were great. Particular thanks to Soufian for his help.😉 I won't hesitate to book this place again on my next trip to Chefchaouen.
