Abdul was a wonderful host. Very attentive offering help and advice for exploring the area. He speaks french, Spanish, Arabic and English very well The room was very clean, spacious and quiet. There was a kettle to make drinks and a small stove, although there were no plates or cutlery only a couple of glasses. Breakfast was very good including eggs, croissants, two types of bread, olives, honey, jam, juice coffee etc. It is a short walk to the centre where you will find all the necessary shops,cafes and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

No coat hangers in the cupboard. No mug or cup for my morning tea! But not really too much of an issue. The blind in our bedroom was broken but we were so tired it didnt really matter after our explorations as we were tired.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a lot of natural light. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We were greeted with mint tea and Moroccan pastries upon arrival. They even dropped us to the bus station free of charge. Breakfast was exceptional. It was fresh and there was a lot of variety. The shower has a lot of power (so be aware when you switch it on!) The location was great as the taxi pulled up to the door and we didn't have to cart luggage up and down stairs. They even had a lift. Highly recommend this place.

A cozy historic hotel in traditional Marrocan style. Beautiful interiors: doors, ceilings, bathrooms, beds, all in the blue city style. The large terrace in our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the blue city. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast of traditional Maroccan cuisine served in the atmospheric restaurant on the first floor. We arrived by car, the underground garage that the hotel provided us with was very convenient. The cleanliness of the room and hotel, the delicious breakfasts and dinners, the comfortable beds, the kindness of the staff all left us feeling as comfortable as home. We celebrated our 25th birthday in Shewshaun. The lovely hotel staff prepared a birthday cake and a warm welcome. A sincere thank you!

**A Magical Stay at Puerta Azul in Chefchaouen** I had the pleasure of staying one night at **Puerta Azul**, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. The hotel is beautifully designed, with charming blue-and-white decor that perfectly reflects the enchanting spirit of Chefchaouen. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a cozy bed and a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The location was also excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the main attractions. We also parked our car under the hotel

Excellent service by the staffs. Aziz , Muad and other guy ( I forgot his name, apologies, he was also super supportive ). Initially I planned to stay for a night, however, when I experienced their service, I decided to extend one more night, Aziz gave me a free upgrade to a nice suit room with good mountain view. Main highlight is parking, if you are travelling to Chefchaouen by Car, this is the best hotel to stay as they provide under ground secure parking. Also, Aziz helped me to park my car inside the garage safely. Room was very beautiful with Moroccan authentic blue interior decorations ( as shown in picture). Really worth for money :) . Also they served good breakfast. My family was very happy with this property. Happy to book this property again when we visit next time.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was good (similar with the other breakfasts we've had in Morroco - eggs, some cheese, pastry, butter, jam, juice, a lot of pastry, coffee), the underground safe parking was very helpful as we travelled by car. The room was nice and clean, traditionally decorated.

Unfortunately it was a bit cold, as we travelled in January, even though we turned on the AC inverter. The location is quite messy... and the views from the balcony weren't as we expected.

First attraction was the underground secure garage for my motorbike.Very friendly and helpful staff.Loved the room with little courtyard and plenty of space.Essential high class AC, coffee making facilities and a working fridge. Very comfortable bed and very traditional decor. Very nice breakfast and evening meal. 15 min walk to old part of town with all the touristy photo ops and shops,cafes,restaurants etc.

The receptionist Mouad is super kind and helpful, willing to help us any way he could. He also managed to accommodate us in a bedroom that fit our expectations according to the room we had booked. A good thing about Puerta Azul is that you can be dropped off by car the door of the Riad, since it's not inside the Medina (most of the places will need you to climb many stairs to get to it). There's also an elevator inside, which is not always the case in many Riads. The breakfast is okay. The room was cold but comfortable, with hot water shower. We paid 10 euros to have our clothes cleaned, which we felt was fair. At first we were a bit cautious about the location, since we went during Ramadan and it was pretty empty at night - but after a bit we started to understand it more and had a great time in Chefchaouen.

An excellent choice if you have a vehicle. It’s easy to find and there is underground parking with an easy slope for motorcycles and CCTV. It’s a 10 -15 minute walk to the main Kasbah and square. We were given a choice of rooms - great service - and only took the smaller one because it was easier to get our motorcycle stuff there. Our room looked inwards to a central space so there was not a lot of natural light though there was an outside seating space. There is a lift and the rooms have fridges. The shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable for us, though like all Moroccan beds, quite hard.

The room was quite dark and while the ceiling lampshade was beautiful, it might be better to have clearer ones.

It is almost the end of our two weeks trip in Morocco, and it is the best hotel we have stayed in. Actually, the first one that delivers all the promises. Rich and thoughtful decoration. Big rooms are very well equipped: safe, electric kettle, hairdrier, fridge. Everything works, nothing leaks, beds and pillows are comfortable, blinds on the windows, good shower with hot water (not always the case in Morocco), and outlets next to the beds. You appreciate all those details after weeks of travel. Tasty traditional breakfast. Very friendly stuff. We got free upgrade of the room just because they had a better room available. There is a parking under the hotel, on the street at the entrance and a fenced parking 50 m away. A short but steep walk to Medina.
