The bed was super comfy. The Wifi was great. The bathroom was large and our view was lovely. The breakfast is ok and served on a lovely roof terrace. The roof terrace is the best thing about the hotel. Everything could have been amazing but....

Our room was right next to the elevator on the 4th floor and the door is not sound proofed in any way. People talking before the elevator or walking up the stairs to the roof terrace were very audible in the room and is not great for light sleepers (people are moving around late and very early, so you'll want to bring earplugs).

Huge thanks to the staff of this hotel, especially Chef Abdo, who makes every breakfast a memorable experience. Each morning, he carefully prepares the buffet and is always attentive to guests’ comfort—whether you prefer to enjoy the buffet or have a personalized crêpe or drink made just for you. He even notices the smallest details, like adjusting the shade on the terrace if needed. This man is truly everywhere, making sure everything is perfect, and his dedication made our stay exceptional. Thank you from the heart! If you visit Chefchaouen, breakfast at Vancii is an absolute must. The rooms are spotless, fully equipped, and everything works perfectly. Our stay at Vancii Hotel in Chefchaouan was nothing short of fantastic. The staff, notably Brahim and Zakaria, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the modern design added to the overall comfortable and stylish ambiance. Our room was equipped with all the essentials, including a brand-new TV and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. An added delight was the beautiful terrace on the rooftop, offering a breathtaking view of Chefchaouen city.

While Vancii Hotel in Essouira has some notable strengths, we encountered a few issues during our stay that need to be addressed. The elevator was slow, which became quite inconvenient during our stay. Additionally, we experienced issues with the hot water supply, which was sparse and intermittent, leading to discomfort. The restaurant's focus on Asian cuisine seemed to cater more to Asian tourists, which limited the variety of options for other guests. Lastly, we noticed that the cleanliness of the sofas on the rooftop terrace could be improved. Addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience at Vancii Hotel.

Awesome experience overall. Let's start with hospitality. All of the staff there are absolutely wonderful. I had a few special requests, such as needing an umbrella for the sun on the balcony, and they responded very quickly. They all went above and beyond every time. The hotel itself is probably the nicest in the area, very modern, and everything works. There is a lovely terrace on the top of the building with one of the best views in the city. We had arranged a ride to Marrakech, but our driver didn't show up. The hotel found us another ride within 30 minutes. They were just really amazing in general. There is a Chinese restaurant located just down the street from the hotel which has delicious food as well, if you get tired of traditional Moroccan food.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home right away. Our room was lovely, with its own private terrace – such a nice touch! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, offering a beautiful view – perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of tasty options. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would happily stay here again!

Really nice hotel. Chinese and international friendly as it had English / Chinese instructions for everything. It felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star one. We had the junior suite with terrace and the view was amazing. The room was clean, the A/C worked perfectly and it was better than expected actually. Breakfast was good with many choice. There are some parking nearby that cost 50/60MAD for 24h. There is a bar and terrace at the 6th floor. The position is next to the Medina. I think it's one of the best hotels in chefchaouen price wise!!

5 star hotel! Perfectly situated overlooking the Kasbah, mountains, square and Spanish mosque! The rooms and bathrooms are incredible- roomy and smartly designed! Parking is available right there at the hotel and we felt safe with Ahmed looking after the car. The terrace is spectacular! Next time we will plan to stay another night just to enjoy more time on the terrace. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible- thick honey, amazing cheese of the region and so many delicious things to choose from! If you leave the hotel and turn right, there are 2 ATMS located within 3 minutes walking distance. We had to use them as the medina is full of exquisite items for sale at reasonable prices!

Choosing this hotel was the best decision we had made on our trip to Morocco. Loved everything about it. Definitely the best view Chefchaouen can offer. Rooms were clean, big and the bed was comfortable. And breakfast was amazing, which was served on the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view of the city. Also the view from our room was unbeatable. The staffs were always very welcoming and helping in any way they can. Our room was also upgraded without any charge. Highly highly recommended.

The location is great, the hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. Very clean hotel. It look new. This is not the 1st time to visit Chefchaouen, but I am glad to see the city is developing, new hotels, and resturants....This city deserve to be a world class due to its numerous attractions...

There was no refrigerator in the room. The weather in Chefchaouen in the summer could turn to be hot 🔥 at anytime, I hope they consider putting refrigerators in the hotel rooms.
