The facilities are great, and the pool is fantastic — the water was extremely clean. One young waiter really made my iced coffee special. The ladies at the reception were always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just what you’d expect from a place like this.

The air conditioning seems a bit weak … If they fix that, it would be nearly a perfect stay. The only significant issue is the fact that there is nothing close by and one cannot just take a walk in the surrounding area … the road is narrow and that is a problem not only for Laki but for all places on that road from Ohrid to St. Naum.

Nice food, clean rooms, nice lake view, great spa center, peaceful and quiet location.

The spa center is small in relation to the hotel's capacity and can get crowded if more guests are staying in the hotel.

Staff was nice and polite. Rooms for 2 is ok. Nice balcony at rooms with lake view. Clean room. Room service is good. Nice sunset. Breakfest is quite solid. Genera Renovation was ongoing so sometimes was load but it was off-season so its was ok and they drop the price due to on-going work in the hotel. Infront hotel (on opossite side of the road) you can see quite a lot garbage. It not part of hotel but still not nice to be seen. Kids (12) pay full price as adults

Wonderful team! Really nice, tried very hard, professionals. Excellent English both at reception and in the restaurant, clean room, good bed with clean and comfortable bedding, sauna and indoor pool, good restaurant at reasonable prices. The room was clean and beautiful, the staff was very friendly and always there. The spa is little smaller than other hotels but very warm and clean. Excellent for relaxation. Also the breakfast was excellent, there is many options too choose from and was delicious and you could always refill.

We came back Saturday night, the parking was full and I had to park my car almost next to the street. It's unacceptable they should keep parking spaces for current guests

Excellent cleanliness, comfortable room, nice spa. We'd visit again.

Just two minor (for us) things: - on Saturday night there was live music at the bar till early am and we could hear it very loudly in the room. - the food at the restaurant was bland and disappointing. I wouldn't give it a second chance.

The people working in the restaurant are amazing. The Saunas are awesome

This is an amazing hotel. You have all the facillities you need with you. The spa too is very relaxing. Very clean and easy to find. Our room had a lake view which was just perfect. The internet is super fast here and with no problems! Parking just outside the hotel too.
