The room was very nice and he bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and warm. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

The bathroom was supposed accessible, that is why I chose this room. My wife has had a stroke and she needs help in the shower and toilet . The bathroom did not meet ADA standards for handicap individuals. There no safety bars or a higher toilet. There were no safety bars anywhere in the shower and floor was slick. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Comfortable bed, kitchenette, large bathroom counter space, roomy shower, plenty of drawers, closet with ironing board and iron, hair blower, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, ample breakfast, plenty of parking.

Pool CLOSED by order of the Department of Health. No one knew anything about it. Bathroom body lotion container unfilled upon arrival. Didn't realize it until I was getting ready for a wedding. I brought 1 travel size with me. Told the manager the next day. He asked me why I didn't tell him when I was heading out. It was eventually filled. In order to get a bathtub, I'd have to downgrade. Not worth it. Rooms large but not soundproof.

Staff was amazing. Hotel was at capacity and had a couple youth soccer teams and family’s staying for a local tournament. Staff was amazing making sure the kids kept it reasonably quite as to not disturb others and was very accommodating to the one person who was upset and not tolerant and down right rude to the staff about what he perceived as excess noise at 8:30 pm. They were polite and respectful to him and handled it much better than I would have

The staff was good, offered help for questions and served a good hot breakfast. Pool was clean though very shallow. Had to request towels and they told us to use pool towels instead??? Otherwise ok. No real complaints.

Being told to get our own extra towels from the pool rather than softer bath towels. We had 3 adults and a teenager showering before bed, then after the pool, then in the morning before traveling… so that wasn’t pleasant. Also, the barn style bathroom/closet doors were finger biters! They are hard to move with arthritis and weaker hands. They don’t fully close for privacy. Beds were hard as rocks. We have a temperpedic and these are super firm. Woke up in pain. Otherwise, no issues.

facilities are nice

the young lady with the boilermaker jersey at the desk reception needs to be retrained for diversity, equity and inclusion to learn how to treat every guest equally in regards of race, religion or appearance. She treated the traditinal american family with lots of charm and when our time came since we were next on the queue, she diminished us since we don't look "american", she raised her voice a few times, she gave me a superior attitute, etc. it was my first time ever staying on this chain due to a last minute trip

the staff was great,GAVIN, and his team did a great job accommodating our needs. we were going through a tough time and they tried to make it a little less stressfull! Great Job definitely recommend!! Jon and Heather

Clean, great location

There was a large wet spot on the carpeting in our room. We let the front desk know and they already knew about it, but didn’t tell us. We had to put three towels over the spot so our feet wouldn’t get wet.

breakfast is really good every time we stay. Rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are great. I especially like the hooks in the bathroom and outside the bathroom to hang wet clothes or towels.

I like the digital key for me but my kids couldn’t use it with out my phone. I wish there was a way they could get it without having to download the app.

Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good!

Bathroom floor was sticky, bathroom mirror was dirty, black hair on sink. TV screen was dirty. and a black hair on pillowcase. Also mirror at desk was dirty.

Very quiet and everything is so convenient.

My mom was very upset that the three mornings we were there for breakfast that the oranges were still in the fruit basket and they were very moldy looking. They should of been thrown away. And the tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned off very well.
