The gentleman who worked the desk Wednesday & Thursday evening was so helpful. There was an issue with the tv, he cane twice to fix the tv. He Al’s helped me with my key card Thursday night. He was friendly & helpful. Sorry I don’t know his name.

The rim above the shower was very dusty & the shower curtain was very stained.

No breakfast, but I wasn't expecting breakfast. The front desk was very pleasant and was an easy check in. Housekeeping was very friendly. Our room was clean.

The noise from the highway, BUT, that was not a fault of the hotel. It's noise they have no control over.

They went above and beyond for the eclipse travelers, but some of the things were probably provided by the county tourism committee.

This is probably on you, not them. I needed to cancel one of my two rooms. Although they still filled the room, at a higher price, they didn't reduce mine.

The room had a laminate floor instead of carpet. The complaint of dirty rooms at most hotels is filthy carpet so that problem couldn’t happen here. The floor had been cleaned properly, so that was good.

They were some minor food stains on the walls, which should have been cleaned up better. Otherwise, the room was clean, so I was happy.

The price and location were excellent. The AM and PM desk staff were very friendly. The room had just what I needed and nothing extra, and it was very clean. There were no bedbugs, and the air conditioning unit worked well.

The pillows were adequate but not great. The sheets were clean but needed replacing.

The beds were comfortable, but they seemed small for two people. There were more like a double instead of queen.

When traveling for my business, I'm not there for amenities. I need a clean, warm bed at a good price. It was exactly that.

The desk host was very kind Indian lady. Her husband was very accommodating to a credit card issue . It was resolved promptly. The location was right off interstate. Close to eateries. Room was very clean. Hot water. Very hot heat! 👍

The bed was very stiff. Nothing bad to say. It was 1/2 the cost of a luxury motel and it served it purpose. Clean

Location & Cleanliness. The Bed was comfortable but needed better pillows. Or more pillows.
