Clean and good breakfast

All was perfect but the last morning before checking out while eating our breakfast there was a employee/manager talking loudly complaining about his low staffing and had a bad attitude when I was checking out, I told him I hoped his day was better, this was around 6am - didn’t think he needed to talk so all the guests eating breakfast could here his grumpy complaints of his work - he typed really hard and angry on his computer when looking up my account for a receipt , I didn’t like that because it wasn’t my fault he was mad

Clean and spacious rooms with nice furniture, excellent and varied hot breakfast. Quiet, and pets allowed.

Pets cost an extra $30 per might per pet and they don’t tell you that when booking. The surprise fee for the pet was really expensive and unexpected .

Beautiful room; great breakfast. Great desk area and lighting for using my computer. Very comfy.

Too much traffic noise from outside, and bed not the best. Couldn't get comfortable, so was awake most of the night. Toilet was very short and my artificial knees had a rough time getting me up/down for bathroom use. Sigh!!

I was sad that the pool was out of order. then in no time flat the front desk called and said the pool was opened. they made my whole night and the rooms were clean and fresh.

Nice amenities in the room. Room was spacious breakfasts were very nice. Comfortable and clean. Nice staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The iron had something on it, and also was leaking brown water. Had to use it on a towel on my clothing to use the iron without ruining my clothing.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

To modify my reservation I had to call England (Booking.com) instead of just doing it with Holiday Inn Express. It was more of a hastle.

Location was great for distance we had to drive next day.

We were on the interstate side of hotel & it was a bit noisy.

Breakfast is great ! We travel to this location every year for a family reunion and I will always stay here. We love it

If i had to complain about anything, it would be, I wish the pool was open 24 hours

We stay there several years ago, and it seem a little run down and not very clean. It was remodel, updated, very clean and friendly staff.

The size of the room>

Fantastic!

Needed a second chair in the room. And a light over/near the mirror area. Fluroscent lights over the bed were a bit bright.
