great place, the breakfast was awesome!! Rooms were nice!!

There are only two floors that need mopped in rooms, the actual bathroom and then the entry way. Our floors were awefull!! I mean our shoes honestlly stuck to the floors!!! We would not dare walk stocking footed let alone bare footed in the room! We called front desk to have them come mop it and no one ever showed up!! When leaving I saw cleaning crew and all they use are the wet Swifter mops! Those areas need to be WET mopped with ammonia water!! I am a domestic engineer myself. I know a thing or two about cleaning!!

Pool water was cold, though it was heated. Received my bill under the door, but when my online statement appeared hours later on 3/25, it was for $25.00 more than the bill! Now I have to get that sorted out. Also, received a message from the hotel, telling me check-in was that afternoon at 3, and they would see me then. It was for 3-/25 through 3/26! My first and only reservation was for 3/24 through 3/25. What a mess. I wanted to clarify that there was NO SECOND RESERVATION, and after some checking, they confirmed they didn't and not to worry. These events out a damper on my stay!

The breakfast was very nice. Several warm options + bakery, cereal, juices, coffee + a very courteous and diligent in her assignment. Our room was very comfortable, roomy & had features one expects in such overnight facilities. We experienced a very clean, convenient (to interstate travelers) and in very current building, facility and lovely interior & exterior condition.

Family met at this half way point. There were activities and resturants close by.. a nice outdoor patio. Breakfast was great both mornings of our stay.

When we all get together we play games. We can ve a loud bunch.between laughing and talking. We were the only ones at the tables in the lobby. We were asked to move into the conference room by the night staff due to the noise.

I loved that the apples where wrapped in plastic to keep clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. I saw a spill in the elevator we used before breakfast and it was already mopped up! Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our 2 day stay.

It was the last week-end of January and wished the pool water was warmer! That would have completed a 5 star for me.

We had a standard king size room with walk-in shower The water was nice and hot and water pressure was great The room/bathroom was very clean. Our bed was super comfortable Every employee we came across was very friendly Breakfast is absolutely outstanding We will definitely be back

Hallways could have been vacuumed

I accidentally pit the wrong date in because it was technically the next day, but check in, isn't until 3 pm. They were able to change the date and got me in a room at 1:30 am.

I had to leave 6 hours after I got there... I know this is a hotel thing with shower heads that save water and it was fair but I wish there was a better high efficiency shower head.

Convenience of location, overall cleanliness, staff, parking

A little noisy at times which woke me up. I think it was cleaning crew. Some areas of flooring (primarily foyer of rooms) seems to generate more noise than the rest of the floor. Elevator floor could’ve been cleaner.

We received our bill, under the door, which said we owed 166.68. Our card was actually charged $191.88. When we checked in they said we would be charged for incidentals and it would be credited back to us. We never received the credit back even though we spoke to the person at the counter when we left.

Breakfast was great compared to other hotels at this price point. It was always staffed by helpful friendly people who greeted us every morning! Very different from most hotels these days.
