Comfort, location, breakfast, quietness. Friendly staff and service personnel.

Pool water was cold, though it was heated. Received my bill under the door, but when my online statement appeared hours later on 3/25, it was for $25.00 more than the bill! Now I have to get that sorted out. Also, received a message from the hotel, telling me check-in was that afternoon at 3, and they would see me then. It was for 3-/25 through 3/26! My first and only reservation was for 3/24 through 3/25. What a mess. I wanted to clarify that there was NO SECOND RESERVATION, and after some checking, they confirmed they didn't and not to worry. These events out a damper on my stay!

I loved that the apples where wrapped in plastic to keep clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. I saw a spill in the elevator we used before breakfast and it was already mopped up! Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our 2 day stay.

It was the last week-end of January and wished the pool water was warmer! That would have completed a 5 star for me.

Family met at this half way point. There were activities and resturants close by.. a nice outdoor patio. Breakfast was great both mornings of our stay.

When we all get together we play games. We can ve a loud bunch.between laughing and talking. We were the only ones at the tables in the lobby. We were asked to move into the conference room by the night staff due to the noise.

I accidentally pit the wrong date in because it was technically the next day, but check in, isn't until 3 pm. They were able to change the date and got me in a room at 1:30 am.

I had to leave 6 hours after I got there... I know this is a hotel thing with shower heads that save water and it was fair but I wish there was a better high efficiency shower head.

We received our bill, under the door, which said we owed 166.68. Our card was actually charged $191.88. When we checked in they said we would be charged for incidentals and it would be credited back to us. We never received the credit back even though we spoke to the person at the counter when we left.

Breakfast was great compared to other hotels at this price point. It was always staffed by helpful friendly people who greeted us every morning! Very different from most hotels these days.

Very friendly, warm and welcoming staff, relaxed atmosphere throughout the stay, gym and pool, good breakfast, nice rooms (usual HolidayInn standard). Reasonable value for money. For our purposes very good located, next to I-65. We felt very comfortable.

Spacious room. Easy access to event in town for. Free breakfast and WiFi.

A few spots in the room were missed with the last cleaning.

The hotel was very clean. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast each morning was great, and they served something a little different each day. The area worked perfect for what we were in town for. It's close to the highway and has plenty of places to eat and shops within walking distance.

Would have liked more options for breakfast but like having availability. Liked to location in regards to having restaurants and stores near and easy to get to event in area for at time of staying.

Several large trucks in back parking lot limiting some access to parking at time of stay. Would have liked more options for breakfast.
