I had to stop for a night while taking a trip and it was a perfect place to stop. Building is clean, food good at breakfast, and the room exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again! Great location too. Right off highway and great places to eat or grab coffee right there. Even shopping choices.

There is not anything bad I can say about it. Maybe a few other options for breakfast. I was hoping to see maybe fruit or bacon or eggs, but they did have breakfast sandwiches.

Was here for a basketball tournament at Farmers Bank Fieldhouse. Great location for it- just a few minutes away. Location was great for food as well- Meijer, Panera, pizza, and more all nearby. Breakfast had a great variety, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly!

Staff was helpful, hotel was always clean and the breakfast had a ton of variety.

Love the Tesla chargers! Only complaint was watching gas powered vehicles park on the chargers - that’s like an EV parking in front of a gas pump. No fault of H2S but would be helpful to take license plate numbers of vehicles in case an EV needs to ask a gas engine to move.

Breakfast and the room were Fantastic!

There was mold in the shower caulking but all of us moms know it's horrible and the only way to remedy that is pull the old caulking and put down new! Rest of the shower was super clean!

Honestly everything was great! We went for a basketball tournament and a few other players stayed there. Boys can we loud lol but staff was very pleasant and allowed the boys to be boys.

1 the bed pillows were the worst ever 2 found a huge cockroach in the room 3 the breakfast eggs and sausage were terrible and uneatable. 4 laundry was most expensive I’ve ever seen in a hotel 5 milk for breakfast was being used on the expiration date and had curdled.

Clean, spacious and great if you had kids or needed to get work done. I was really surprised to see a dishwasher, would definitely consider this again if I were back in the area because I go there for work. You could even make a waffle at the breakfast counter in the lobby.

Location was not good if you wanted to walk anywhere, but it's a great place if you are going to stay put.

I liked the room comfortably and size. The hall was wide and comfortable. The lobby was open and easy to navigate. The furniture was also good. The breakfast was surprisingly complete. The employees greeted me with a smile which was also fantastic.

I didn't like the cli.ate control in the room. It had a thermostat that appeared to control the heat and cool however, the unit was what controlled the room temp. Ended up a 3:00am "WHY IS IT SO HOT IN HERE" Moment.

Very minor No butter for all three mornings of our stay???

We liked a lot of things: 1.) It is a newer, very clean property. 2.) There was a nice variety of breakfast food choices and we appreciated the large space near the lobby that was available to sit down and eat it as well as the outdoor patio seating too. 3.) We enjoyed the view from our room facing the pond, that was a nice selectable room type option when I made the reservation. 4.) I was not aware that this property allows dogs so next time around we will plan bring the dog and save on the separate dog kennel changes. 5.) We appreciated the larger size fridge and other suite extras too.

There was no hot tub in the pool area. I neglected to request if a military discount could be applied at the time that I reserved the room on booking.com. The hotel staff was unable to assist me with this request prior to checking out. It would have been nice if they would have giving me the booking.com phone number so I could have called them to ask about it before I checked out.
