Upon arrival, Kevin provided us with excellent customer service and made our check in quick and easy. He was really pleasant and made us feel welcome. He made sure that everything went smoothly. During the happy hour, Susana, made sure that everything was in order and that we were satisfied with the reception. She checked on us regularly to make sure that we didn’t need anything else.

The elevators were very slow and I ne elevator was not working properly.

The location was good for a concert at Lucas Oil, we just grabbed an Uber. Great restaurants in the area. Beautiful hotel.

There is mold in the shower in room 601. Under the soap shelves, I saw it when I was taking my bubble baths. It is black and thick. The complimentary breakfast was ice cold both days. If I went to the front desk to ask for something, they seemed bothered (I needed flatware after hours, a nail file)

The room was enormous and I loved having a little balcony to watch the sunset. I appreciated the welcome gift and the free breakfast. Check in/check out was very easy and I thought it was worth the money.

I personally need better supporting pillows and there were a tons of kids there which made the evening and breakfast times in the shared spaces loud and a bit chaotic but it seemed like they were there on a group trip. Luckily I could not hear the noise as my room was positioned last on the hallway.

we had request to have rooms next to each other because we traveled with my 86-year-old grandmother and wanted her close to us just case she needed help with anything, and she was on another floor

The check in process was a breeze !! The room was very clean ,comfortable bed .. Only problem was cheer teams were there and a lot of unattended kids being loud and obnoxious running thru the hotel .Was 12 at night and couldn’t sleep cause of how loud it was .. Even the pool got closed down cause all the unattended kids .. They need better security there ..

The room beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good, I love we got to free drinks and snacks during happy hours. I also loved that we had free parking.

The room was cold, and we could not adjust the temperature. We did call to have it change the first night, but no one never showed up. We just said forget it and got out the blanket. The bathroom was very small. One of the elevators was not working.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The complimentary happy hour drinks and snacks were so nice and the breakfast is always so good! We try and stay at Embassy Suites whenever we can!

They jacked up their prices for a stay that weekend just because Taylor Swift was in town. We weren’t going to the Taylor Swift concert but still had to pay the outrageous prices 🤦🏼‍♀️

Everything! It was clean, nice size room, the breakfast was good. I loved the omelette bar. It was nice that they had snacks mid-day for everyone. My kids had a lot of fun at the pool. The staff was so nice.

The elevator by the front desk on the right was a little shaky. I just didn’t like that one maybe needing oiled up lol idk

The breakfast was a 100%, the cleanliness was superb👌🏻, the views from my suite was beautiful and relaxing, the property itself is beautiful and well maintained👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I love the fact that the pool is kid friendly and no larger fts. Will love to visit again.

The TV was not a smart tv, couldn’t watch favorite tv channels and programs like YouTube etc. Other than that every other thing was perfect for me.

Having a second room worked well for us. I also liked the sign that gave the hotel's noise policy and a number to call. Husband liked the workout room and was there an hour each morning.

Small things: burned out bulb in room and a non-working second tv. Weather was gloomy for our whole stay and we could have used brighter lights in the bedroom. Room was not set up for the number of devices we now have to plug in (but that wasn't a big deal).
