We had a wonderful stay with Donna Fausta. Although the room was small, the view from the balcony was spectacular with a great vista of the coastline, 600m below, in both directions. Fausta and Maria went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and helped with getting the most out of the local village. Bomerano is a typical Italian village with narrow streets and an afternoon siesta where the shops shut. There are plenty of restaurants and pizza eateries.

Public transport to Amalfi and Castellammere was close by but crowded and infrequent.

Donna Fausta's place was easily one of our favourite places on a month long trip in southern Italy. As we arrived we were greeted by some beautiful cats - a great start! An immediate bonus is the plentiful parking out front of the building, and a friendly welcome from Fausta. The building is at the end of a dead end road so very quiet. The real magic was the room. Wow. We booked the double room with terrace and sea views, and the terrace looks out over the sea high above the Amalfi Coast, it was breath-taking. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Maria Grazia provided delicious breakfast every morning (it was mostly the same things but we didn't mind - all delicious!) and she too was a lovely person who couldn't do enough for us. Fausta told us how to get to Amalfi by bus (walk the 5-8 mins to town and then get tickets from the cafe) and then the bus took around 45 minutes to get down the mountain. She also recommended some local places to eat, and we loved the Garden Pizza place and ate there twice. She always asked us how we were and if she could help with anything. Just such super friendly people. We would love to return some day, grazie Fausta and Maria Grazia!

The only slight down side was the wifi, it stopped working the morning after our arrival and never got going again (we did 3 nights). We are remote workers, but took it as a sign to stop work and enjoy this beautiful place - which is what you should do too! :)

Beautiful fresh breakfast everyday. We were upgraded to a beautiful ocean view room. Very clean and comfortable. We were very well looked after. Agerola is a beautiful little village. We hiked Path of the Gods to Positano which begins in Agerola. If you stay here make sure you go to Garden Pizza which is just up the road. It has the best pizza and best local cheese ingredients. Loved all of it. Friendly, helpful. Donna Fausta is a wonderful host!! Great view from our wonderful, big room and balcony. Lovely breakfast with sweet Maria. Bomerano is a lovely tiny town with a few local restaurants. Very easy access to hiking The Path of the Gods, etc. Know the geography before you go: you’re high above the coast and need to use the easy bus system or a scooter to get down to the (busy, overcrowded) coast. The bus from Naples was easy — once we found the bus to “Agerola” outside the Naples train station in front of the Ramada Hotel. In Bomerano, get off in front of the little metal fountain by the Hotel Due Torre. Ask the bus driver. ;-)

Me and my daughter have been staying at the Villa Donna Fausta P. for 6 nights and we loved every second of it! Everyone and expecially Fausta and Maria were so nice, kind and helping. It seemed like staying at your family house, the atmosphere was really cozy and comfy. The room was so clean and well furnished, we literaly have evening we could need. Also the view was the love at the first sight, picturesque look at sea. Breakfasts were so so good, almost the best i've had, a lot of things were homemade and so tasty! My favourite thing in the morning was to stand on the balcony with a sea view and cappuchino. Agerola itself is such a nice place to live in, everyone is very friendly and its not so Hot there! Also we really liked the "Crazy Burger" cafe. Nevertheless, Maria drived us to the train Station in diffucult situation for us, and we will never forget this. I'm so thankfull. Definately reccomend this Villa and we are looking forward to come back one day.

This was the most beautiful place to stay on our trip to the Amalfi Coast. Absolutely everything about Villa Donna Fausta was incredible. Fausta and Maria were beautiful hosts, so kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast included was EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was so beautifully furnished, with a huge bathroom too - we felt like queens! The view from our room was amazing and it was so peaceful. It’s in a safe feeling neighbourhood, with lots of friendly locals (and some very cute dogs and cats) and about a 10 minute walk from the Bomerano town centre and so close to the Path of the Gods ! We were so sad to leave - could have stayed forever !! thank you so SO much Donna and Maria for having us - we can’t wait to return!

This was the most amazing place - you will not regret staying here !!! The only thing to mention is on the map it looks like you are quite close to the ocean, but it is a bit of a distance still, so include that in your day planning!

This was our favourite stay throughout our vacation. Donna Fausta and Maria are the sweetest and super helpful! They helped us plan out our days and gave us accurate information regarding busses, tours, ferries, etc. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for plus a stunning view of the coast. The wifi is brilliant, staff is superb, breakfast was delicious and the town is quiet, peaceful and has some of the nicest people we’ve met in Italy. The town is extremely cost effective and just a short drive/bus away from Amalfi. 10/10

Extremely beautiful accomodation, very quiet and clean. We stayed in a room with a sea view, and it was magical, we had a live natural theater at nights and early in the mornings with all these warm lights, clouds and yachts seen on the horizon. Special thanks to Donna Fausta and the wonderful woman welcoming us at breakfast every morning. We felt so great at this place. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was beyond belief! Maria G. Went above and beyond to insure our comfort and to meet our every need. Donna Fausta’s personality is the heart and soul of Italy! She is warm and welcoming and is there to guide you to the best experiences that the Amalfi Coast offers. We will be back!

We just returned from our stay at the Villa Donna Fausta and it was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, Donna Fausta herself is simply such a wonderful, warm sweet and generous lady - beautiful from inside out as her villa. Providing you not only with extensive comfort, professional local advice and a great laugh during your stay - but also truly an unforgettable country side Italian authentic Villa experience, we were amazed by the stunning views as well as so many other treasures this property has to offer. The attention to detail is also meticulous , this varies from the soft towels to everything being spotlessly cleaned every day - especially for OCD people like me that is perfect!! in case of any note or question, rest assured Donna Fausta will go out of her way to help you out. Exceptional. Moreover, the breakfast being provided is beyond what I have seen anywhere in Italy - from the eggs to to the prunes, to the tomatoes - everything is produced locally by them and one can taste the freshness in their produce and basically all the ingredients. The breakfast is rich while the options are vast and the choices are healthy as well, I swear it's better than these pictures even, which are already great! Also, Maria's services and cooking is absolutely delicious. Due occhio di bue per favore!! What an absolute joy this has been - un sogno - would 100% advise this to all friends, family and colleagues who want to visit the Amalfi coast. On a logistics note, Please bear in mind that the location Agerola is perfect as one can easily visit all cities the Amalfi coast has to offer (Positano, Sorrento etc.) as we did - with a rental car preferably.
