Nice apartment, about 3 minutes walk from main hotel building. Amazing location, 10 minutes walk to Pompeii ruins, next to a bunch of restaurants, bars, shops and bus/train station. Delicious breakfast (in hotel building). Kind and attentive staff. Free and safe parking is available next to the hotel. We had a great experience and would love to return. Thank you, M.

Fantastic location in the middle of the town and just a short walking distance to the archaeological site. The staff was super friendly all through our stay and also very helpful when we made a mistake with our booking. Especially thanks to Claudia, Chiara and Gennaro! The cleaning and the breakfast was really good. Good safe parking.

The room had pretty old standards, and the breakfast was served downstairs in a room without windows. Ask for a tray and sit in the lovely garden instead! Not a big issue but our room was about 100 meter from the reception and breakfast.

Arrived late in the evening and had made reservation 5 minutes before check in. Desk staff upon arrival and check out were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel for the location. I easily parked my vehicle and enjoyed the relaxed vibe. The room was lovely and exceptionally clean. I slept great after long travels. Plenty of restaurants & 2 min walk from train....I drove but station was there. Safe area...actually POSH. Excellent area for dining and nightlife. Solo traveler friendly.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The location is perfect in the heart of Pompei. The room was quiet and clean, which was much needed after a week of traveling. Breakfast was excellent with a diversity of options to choose from. Special thanks to Alesandro who was our main host during our stay there. He was really nice giving us all the information we needed in advance and also gave us the best guidance and advice to navigate the region.

The location of the room and the reception are at two different places so it made it tricky to check-in but otherwise it was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. Genaro was exceptional, providing valuable information about the town and making my stay comfortable. I had a pleasant stay thanks to the helpful staff and the hotel's good ambiance.

However, I must mention that the breakfast, which consisted solely of apples, was disappointing, and I would not recommend it.

Just a very short walk from the train station. Walking distance to everywhere. Pompeii ruins are walking distance from the hotel. Room was comfortable and what we needed after a long day exploring Pompeii. The buffet breakfast was a great start to day. Heaps of cafes and restaurants around. Just a few minutes walk into the heart of Pompeii.

The hotel was lovely, in an ideal location, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the staff were friendly, helpful, and upgraded us to the hotel proper, which was very welcome.

No fault of the hotel at all, but some of the other guests were pretty loud in the breakfast room (there was a school class staying at the hotel; it wasn't however the pupils who made a noise but their teacher, who insisted on sitting separately and shouting to the students).

Nice, clean, simple twin room with kitchenette. Very helpful and professional staff. Excellent location, walking distance to both rain stations. Nice breakfast options including hard boiled eggs.

The balcony is a nice feature, but not really much of a view. wish they would use shampoo/soap that was In refillable bottles and not plastic wrap.

The staff was very accommodating and made us feel at home since the first moment. Having the parking next to the room made things very easy for us. The breakfast was good and the sfogliatelle were fantastic. it’s ideally located to leisurely walk to the main Pompeii site, the area has good restaurants nearby and it’s very easy to reach from the highway.

Kids were excited about the bunk bed

It was better if the restaurant for breakfast is closer to the room.
