This is a wonderful lodging, made even better by the kind host, Gioseppe. Gioseppe was welcoming, allowed us to enter a bit early and stay a bit longer. The room was large, charming, spotless and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Gioseppe prepared a very nice breakfast. Convenient parking in the enclosed courtyard.

Miner issue but the shower is a bit small for average sized person. Be aware there are stairs to reach the upstairs. Otherwise nothing.

A small suggestion would be to foresee an honesty bar or such at the pool. It is such a nice place to relax after visiting Gravina & access to a refreshing drink would even upgrade it ☺️

Wonderful host, our breakfast was adjusted for the savoury rather than sweet, beautiful house and the room, private parking was very useful, great location for visiting Matera.

The room was in an amazing palazzo and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good (and varied, fruits, pastries, cheese, ham, focaccias,juice,coffee). We would defonitely recommend it!

Manager was so kind enough that he upgraded my room. I could stay in a family size large room. Breakfast was much better than usual.

This house has style and very much charme. The bed was very good, the room was large and stylish. If ypu like the sphere and style of late 19th century combined with the comfort of today go there.

There is a road with some traffic outside, but I did not mind, because I liked the house and the room so much.

Stayed for a night and every expectation was exceeded. Room was huge and very comfortable. Host was incredibly friendly and helpful, telling us all about the history of the building and his family. It's a unique building, worth staying in just for the experience.
