Great location, just few steps from the city center area of Sassi, with an underground parking with payment nearby. Modern and clean room, with a fully equipped kitchen angle, big bed and bath tube placed in the middle of the room, excellent breakfast served in the room - on the terrace. The owner is a nice person, always available for tips and advices for the things to be visited in the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised for receiving a room upgrade. Great accommodation, we highly reccomend it!

We loved almost everything - very spacious room, everything was clean and modern, bed and pillows were comfy, window is well sound-proofed as we were not bothered by the street noise at all. Antonio was very nice and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations. Breakfast was excellent. The location is just perfect - right at the entrance of the historic center but without the ZTL limitations, plenty of great restaurants nearby.

- Although the window has shutters, they don’t completely block the daylight and some opaque curtains would have been nice. - The reception desk was right outside our room door, which was a bit awkward, and sometimes you could also hear noise from people going in or out early in the morning or late at night.

Amazing, spacious very clean room/apartment. Antonio super helpful spending time explaining the city, where and how to walk best & which restaurants he would recommend. The breakfast served in the room was also exceptional! The bathroom is huge & the shower amazing!! The location is also perfect. I have no hesitation recommending Le Vie Centro Luxury Room

Absolutely EVERYTHING. Great location. Fantastic facilities. Our room was incredibly beautiful and super spacious. Gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and we had it on our private terrace. The staff (Antonio) was simply amazing, incredibly helpful and made our stay perfection. As we were there we also met the owner who was super nice and lovely. We would highly recommend it and we’d 100% go back if visiting Matera again.

It was one of the most beautiful trips and the property was beyond wonderful! The staff was so nice and welcoming, they recommended us where to eat, provided a map and tours, all in all they were very friendly. It was super clean, they cleaned our room daily and made sure that we had all that we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location for exploring Matera. In room breakfast was delightful. Spotlessly clean. Antonio was so helpful and courteous. Helped with recommendations.

There is a fairly long staircase to carry up bags but Antonio did all of that for us. It is however a lot better than accessing many of the places we saw in Central Matera.

very warm welcome, we were given a map and explained where to go; vaulted room with a modern feel; you can choose the time for breakfast and what you want for breakfast the day before (this can be an advantage or disadvantage); we parked our car in a nearby public parking garage with CCTV;

you hear other guests talking in the hallway (there are not that many rooms, though)

Beautiful and modern room but with a lot of character. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast a la carte every morning. Perfect location - super close to Sassi, but also very accessible as on one of the main roads. Very clean room and great housekeeping every day. One of the best small luxury hotels I have been to!

Antonio is the sweetest person. He listens to us and is always helpful, always asking us about the day's activities. Our two days here would not have been the same without him! The breakfast was copious with lots of choice and delicious. The room was clean and beautiful.

The staff, particulary Antonio was super helpful and gave us lots of recommendations of where to visit and eat. The room was very central(not in the old town) but an easy walk. Breakfast was amazing and we ate it on the patio
