Nice and calm beach close to capoliveri, nice spacious rooms (we booked basic but got a free upgrade),nice pool area, nice staff,restaurant in front of the beach

we didnt like the very loud animation till 23 (children's sing contest in italian). the hotel is very much made for families. we also found the breakfast quite poor (mostly sweets, not lot o fresh things, no vegetables)

Great location for the east side of the island, good beds, air-conditioning, good buffet breakfast, swimming pool and beach access, parking facilities, and cleanliness.

There is no discount for guests for the beach facilities such as sunbeds and water activities.

the kindness of the staff ! the food was excellent en the location top.

Cleaning the room could be a little bit better! a lot of dust in the cupboards.

All great, amazing location in particular for families anf sporty people

Dinner was OK but possible to find better food in the restaurant in capoloveri or Porto azzurro

The location is excellent, the breakfast is not bad. I want to give a special mention to Valentina, excellent professional. Good pool, but with see who needs pool :). The 1st day start with a few bumps but after i speak with correct person from staff everything was sorted out.

Well how can start, 1st day after a long travel, i booked 2 rooms and they put us in the rooms i didn't booked, on residence less expensive and ....), when my booking was the hotel. Smell awful on the residence, even with nice view for the sea, a lot of noise, the other room super dark and smell continues. After went to the reception and mention what i requested and what I paid wasn't the same rooms i get it. They show one room was what i requested initial, so one room was ok, the second room they give to me was a room for handicap person, the bathroom was prepared for handicap, was very complex and i fall down in the night on the same. After i come to complaint to the reception that i want a normal room, even with other rooms available, they said you can survive for 4 days on this bathroom. The person from the staff Valentina P was unprofessional don't listen what i requested and always with excuses. The next day in the morning finally they give me a good room.

Absolutely nothing about this property is positive, I wouldn't book this stay. If you are thinking of going on holiday I would not book this hotel, no regard or care for their guests.

Our experience of the staff at this hotel was awful, they were incredibly rude and at times they were shouting over the phone, they were completely dismissive of our issue, and showed zero sensitivity to us. The reception initially told us they would be able to refund us which turned out to be untrue and once this was challenged, we were on the receiving end of shocking customer service and hostility. Reception staff were avoidant in helping us resolve our issue and continued to tell us to call back day after day and wait for the manager, in the end they hung up the phone and blocked our number. We had the support from Booking.com in helping us resolve our issue but the hotel chose making money out of our unfortunate circumstances over good customer service and guest welfare.

Total Abzocke, extrem laut At our arrival we have been told that the hotel strap you have to wear is for free use of the pool and the hotel owned beach side. But they charge 22 Euro extra for using the sun beds at the beach side per day. It is nearly immposible to find to slep when your room is facing to the pool. The music is extrem loud till 12:00pm. The personal is extremly unfriendly, just interressted at your money. I will for sure never come back.
