Transfer service from airport to hotel charged 25€ when the official taxi rate is 14€ (70.000Ar). It’s better to take a taxi without the hotel (no risk with beige taxi)

The staff was extremely helpful whenever I needed anything, be it local cash or a ride for a medicine in the middle of the night. Special thanks to Diary for helping me with all the matters. The room was clean and quiet, having an AC there was a big win given how warm and noisy Antananarivo can be. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Special requests (like flowers in the room) took a bit of extra time, I was hoping to get the flowers before we checked in. Also, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom and there was a bit of black mold in the shower.

I had an excellent stay at Radisson Serviced Apartments Antananarivo City Centre. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very well equipped — perfect for both short and long stays. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly professional and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also ideal, right in the city center with easy access to restaurants, shops, and business areas. A high-quality stay with the comfort of home and the service of a top hotel. I would definitely return.

Comfort and location were great we have stayed there on many occasions

The first night we were booked into the wrong room and the lifts were faulty due to a big rain storm which was rectified the next morning the next two nights this was rectified. A big thank you to the duty Manager who arranged a full refund for our first night due to being unconvinced due to the wrong room being allocated. First receptionist lady could do with her manners improving though

I loved my serviced Apartment at Raddison. My room had fantastic views across the hills of Antananarivo. On a Main Street, overlooking a little park, but very quiet with double-glazed windows. All the facilities expected from a classy hotel. The "rooftop" bar and restaurant was a friendly space with couches as well as conventional tables and chairs. Can be windy though! Breakfast was basic but more than adequate - in a separate area. Staff helpful and professional. Taxis just down the street - the drivers watch for customers so you will only need to wave to attract a driver. Agree on a price before you get in. I walked from the Apartment to many places in Antananarivo (e.g. Independence Avenue to Cafe de la Gare) and felt comfortable and safe at all times (single elderly woman, day time hours).

We stayed in the one-bedroom superior bedroom on the sixth floor, and it was spacious and good. The room was big, and it was well cleaned. We also liked the restaurant and the staff, especially the ones who were on the night shift, who were lovely and helpful. 

When we first checked in, they didn't keep any small cups for the coffee machine, and we had to remind them two times, and afterwards it was attended to. Also, there was no tissue box in the bathroom, and we had to remind them of that too. Radisson, being one of the biggest international chains, these things should've been attended to before the client checked in. But overall it was a pleasant stay

Food & drinks are expensive

In fact we stayed at the Radisson Blu in the end. The location of the Blu wasn’t as good but it is a much nicer stay. I would say if you choose the apartments pay up for the premium rooms on the top floor as these have working smart tvs and less trouble when there are problems.

Unfortunately we were not able to get early check in and then our TV did not work and then the water started running brown. Thankfully we were moved to the Blu for the same rate which saved the situation. I have an 8 as the staff sorted this out- not quickly but to our satisfaction. But I think the apartments are more like a 7 if you don’t take a premium room.

The location was good. Rooms were clean. The location was in the centre. Few good restaurants around for choice of eating out.

I travelled 1st time to Tana. Preferred to stay in the centre. But later realised that there is no benefit of staying at the centre. It takes too much time to travel last 2-3 kms into the city and move out everytime. I recommend business travellers to explore hotels not in the centre to save in travelling time.

The location is very good, close to the market. There is also a supermarket nearby so I could get what I need quickly. The security staff is always stand outside so I could enter and exit with feeling safe. In the room was very quiet and I was able to relax. The gym is a little small, but it has cardio machines and a good selection of dumbbells so I could do a variety of exercises.

Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work. Only a few staff were unhelpful.
