We had a great stay at The Tides. The 1br unit was spacious and bright. King bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything needed. Washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Location was also great, just a few steps from the beach and only 5min walk from our favorite restaurant Mr Grouper! We appreciated the late check out at noon plus the ability to leave our stuff and later shower and get ready in the gym downstairs. Staff were very nice.

Basic spices like salt and pepper would have been nice as you need it but don't want to buy it for a few days. Bathroom needs a brighter light.

The property is very short walk to the beach and they have the designated umbrella and chairs for the guests. The pool is clean. Room has its own kitchen with complete appliances. Plate, cups and all utensils provided. Washer and dryer in the unit is a bonus. Bed is comfortable and clean w/ enough pillows. Me and my husband can’t wait to go back, hoping we can get a discount! Lol :)

Bathrooms walls got some stains and would be appreciated if they wipe and clean them as well. Other than that, all is good and clean.

Staff was amazing, room design was great which included a washer dryer, beach is only steps away and it’s a very central location to get out and enjoy Turks and Caicos. Only a few minutes to walk to the Thursday fish fry, which was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend the Tides and can’t say enough about the stay we enjoyed there. Absolutely nothing negative other than we couldn’t stay longer……

We loved everything and can’t think of a negative thing in our opinion……new modern accommodations and welcoming staff.

not cleaned well after recent construction, too bright in bedroom, spotty WiFi, water temperature and pressure problems, motion light in bathroom needs to be adjusted to stay on longer, shower drain taped shut, writing on bathroom shower tiles, hot water valve was off on main sink, ceiling fans malfunctioning

I loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the beach and less than a 1 minute drive to a lot of shops and restaurants. The views from the top floor was beautiful

I didn’t like that it was advertised as a 2 bedroom 2 bath when it was really a 1 bedroom with a den. Inside the den there’s a pull out sofa

There were a lot of mosquitos inside the apartment and due to construction next door, there was A LOT of dust/sand.

We absolutely loved the location. It was right next to the beach and a ten minute walk to the town center with shops and restaurants. The property itself is new and clean, with everything you need. The staff, especially Brenda, were outstanding! We will definitely be returning.

The location was a quick walk to the beach, the property is updated and has a washer and dryer in each unit. It’s a boutique hotel so small amount of guests.

There was quite a bit of noise in the early morning from the renovation of a new hotel right behind the property.

The beach was great, the unit was comfortable and spacious. They had chairs and umbrellas at the beach for us daily and even had floats available to use. Beautiful sunsets!
