solid location within walking distance to a number of restaurants. beach is 2 min walk. would stay again.

Great location to both beach and restaurants/ retail. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with excellent customer service. Nice patio/ deck and it was not a huge resort with tons of kids or noise. Common areas were very clean too. Airconditioning was great!

Room itself was a bit outdated and could use some updating for the price. Bathroom smelled a little musty but likely from Sulphur and no fault of the staff. Would be nice if the resort sold snacks or sodas.

Very impressee by the huge room, very clean and bed and pillows very confortable. Nice view from the balcony and you can get to the grace bay beach in less than 5minutes. Staff was friendly. Happy that light breakfast was included, which isn’t in the majority of places on TCI.

Good location as such, beach access over a street but chairs/umbrellas free at beach.

Breakfast was very bad, not acceptable. White Bread, small croissants, some corn flakes, butter, jam in plastic, fresh cheese - that was it. All on plastic plates, fork, spoons. The room prices are high and than that breakfast… Outside Chairs/table very outdated.

Great property and a very short walk to the beach. The road you cross is very small and it almost feels like you are staying at the beachfront resort. The room was large and clean and the balcony was spacious. The pool area was clean but the hot tub wasn’t heated enough some days and even when it was it seemed to serve as the kiddie pool. Breakfast was fine if you would like a cup of coffee and a decent small croissant. I wouldn’t plan on it being your full breakfast every morning as many reviews have previously stated. I knew that so I wasn’t disappointed. Overall, the stay was great and easily walked to town a few times although we had a rental car.

The only issue we really had was noise from above (or next door?). There was what sounded like incessant stomping from 0600 am on despite it not seeming like there was a crowd upstairs or anything. I’m not really sure where the noise was coming from, but it lasted the whole stay. We stayed on the second floor. Otherwise, would recommend!

VDM is good value and close to the beach although not on the beach. you cannot see the sea but it only take a few minutes to walk.

The breakfast wasn’t good but we found a fantastic bakery/cafe around the corner called Tribe which has the best Croissants I’ve ever tasted. Tribe also do brunch including smashed avocado with eggs and balsamic vinegar. Well worth it each day. you can buy sandwiches for the beach or even organise them to bring a picnic! yummy. The staff weren’t great. Twice we found a member of cleaning staff sleeping in a tiny cupboard outside our room which wasn’t great! Reception staff also weren’t attentive.

Villa Del Mar located within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants. Property is well maintained and on the newer side.

The breakfast options were very limited. pastries or tea and coffee daily.

The location and what facilities were available

It needed to be updated and there a was faint damp smell in the room, along with a faint smell to the shower water.

we have stayed hear for the last two years and should we come back again would not hesitate to stay again. Large apartment (two bedrooms, kitchen, two balcony's, lounge). Two swimming pools. 5 minutes from the beach at Grace Bay.

Nothing

The hotel is great, the rooms are large and it's very close to the beach. The washer/dryer also was very useful to help dry our clothes, as it's so humid it takes awhile to dry naturally. It's also walking distance from a few resorts which have restaurants and a quick drive to all the shops. The beach is absolutely beautiful!

The breakfast could use a little more variety - I don't think I'll be able to look at bagels for quite a while!
