Vouchers for breakfast covered most of the cost of breakfasts at 3 cafes very close by. Very nice locations, quick, friendly service and a good variety of food choices. Coffee was great. Loungers and umbrellas available at Grace Beach, a 5 min walk. On windy days one could relax by hotels small pool. Bicycles were provided by the hotel and we used them regularly.

Hotel is next to a restaurant / bar that does play music rather loudly every evening, not enough that it kept us awake. The bicycles are stored outside and do badly need maintenance, one had almost no working brakes and the 5 speed bikes gear’s didn’t work

It was a good value for the price. A nice budget hotel if you do not need all the bells and whistles. The breakfast vouchers were great we were able to try all 3 restaurants . The vouchers did not completely cover the meals but were close. The pool was just outside the door and guests were very respectful of that. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, clubs and to the casino @ the Ritz Carlton . I felt very safe walking around alone even when I left the casino @1am.

It is not what we would consider a suites hotel in the USA. I would like to see an additional security lock on the door.

Excellent location. On a street with restaurants, convenience stores, shopping, and a short walk to the beach. There were umbrellas and beach chairs provided specifically for guests of Grace Bay Suites. The rooms were a good size and had a small refrig, but no microwave. There was a microwave available to use right outside the office.

The ice machine was inside the office, and once the office closed, it was unavailable. It would be difficult to find if you were driving yourself. We took a taxi from the airport, and the drivers know exactly where to go. Also, they did not provide tissues in the bathroom.

Breakfast was not at the location. You get a $10 per person credit at one of several local restaurants in the area. We ended up trying Shay Cafe and went there every day during the stay. We usually paid about $5-10 more than what the $10 per diem covered but you could have eaten there mostly free. The location is ideal if you are spending most of your time on Grace Bay. There is easy access (walking) to local shops, restaurants, a convenience store, and the beach. There's also easy access to some of the larger resorts (Villa Renaissance, Ritz, and Seven Seas). The resort does have its own lounge chair area at the beach but no services other than towels so you can pick up lunch/water nearby and still have a front row seat to the ocean. We also used the referred taxi service from the hotel and they were on time and friendly. The resort sits at the back of a lot with Danny Bouy's (famous dive bar). They have karaoke on Tuesday/Thursday nights which can get pretty loud and goes into the wee hours of the morning. We could hear it from the parking lot or pool but not once we were inside our unit so it was never an issue. Plus we had a great time hanging out at Danny Bouy's ourselves (great food and service). Ths is not a high-end resort but for the cost and access to everything we needed, staying here made the trip far more affordable than staying elsewhere. It was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well maintained and easy to access from our ground floor room.

The receptionist when we checked in wasn't the friendliest person I encountered, not mean but not super helpful either. That was the only negative experience with the staff I had the entire time I was there. Everyone else was helpful, informative, and addressed any issue right away.

1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: It was at the heart of the Grace Bay Beach road, and so, multiple restaurants and bars around. It is in the ultra-gentrified section so make sure you have a lot of cash to eat out. It has close access to the beach (around 5 mins walk) 2. STAFF : Very friendly, helpful and professional. 3. TWO BEDROOMS: Although I didn't ask or remember booking a 2-bedroom apt, I got it and it was great.

1. BATHROOM : The bathroom needs a remodelling ( especially the walls around the toilet ). 2. LACK OF AMENITIES : Paper cups were provided for the coffee and tea. However, no plates or hand soap in the bathroom were provided. 3. NO ELEVATOR : Although the Grace Bay Suites is only 3 floors, if you have heavy luggages and the elderly, ask for support with your luggages.

It is a very close walk to the amazing beach! Way more affordable than the resorts on the beach. Very close to the restaurants and little downtown area as well.

Cannot fault this property at all - with TCI being so expensive, this property fitted our budget nicely and more than met our needs. Check in was efficient, and all the staff we met were super friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was large and comfortable. No issues with noise from the nearby bar, and we always felt 100% safe in this area Only thing we would have liked to see in the room is some glassware (for drinks) as well as a bottle opener for beers on the balcony but this did not detract from our stay at all Loved the idea of being given a voucher for breakfast, meaning you could dine around at leisure. We opted for Shay's each morning. The sun loungers and umbrellas on the magnificent Grace Bay Beach we used every day and there was always availability and were setup ready for use. Overall, a definite 10/10

Great value! I was happily surprised. Very much enjoyed our stay at Grace Bay Suites as the location was a very short walk to the beach (and provided towels, chairs, and umbrellas at NO extra cost). Plus, they offer a small pool area and a $10-$15pp breakfast credit at three awesome local restaurants - the Shay Cafe was our favorite AND it's open until 2pm - no need to rush and wake up early :) Ebony and Leticia at the front desk were helpful and provided all the local info we would need. The housekeeping and beach staff were friendly and eager to assist - great team all around. Especially when compared to some of the very expensive nearby options, GBS was everything I needed and I would stay again.

Liked everything - kept expectations realistic for the price and found happiness!

The location was perfect. A two minute walk to a beautiful reserved area on the beach. It was also close to restaurants, shops and great coffee.

There was a lot of construction and remodeling going on at the hotel during our stay. There was no chance for a mid day nap if needed. Also the wifi was bad in our room. They did come and try to fix it however stated that the wires were bad and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The only time it was an issue is when I tried to watch TV before bed.

The hotel is in a great location and while not on the beach or overlooking the beach, its just a short stroll over with access to chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel. Plus its right in the heart of the local shops, restaurants and bars. The receptionist who checked us in was super lovely and helpful. The rooms are large and clean and while basic, still comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a large balcony. The pool is small but we didn't need anything more than what they offered. We loved that we had three options for breakfast, but after our first day dining at Shays, we kept going back as the service was fantastic and the food was amazing! Highly recommend staying here and if we were to go back to TCI, we would stay again.
