Ports of Call was a great value for the money especially compared to other properties nearby. While we were not directly on the beach it was only a short walk to the beach. The beach set-up for the property was on a beautiful stretch of the beach with plenty of room. The pool area was very nice with lots of chairs and games.

I was very disappointed in the staff. We arrived around 4:45pm (after check-in time) and our room was not available. This might have been acceptable but we were given no information about the wait time or any consideration and simply told to sit and wait. When I asked after 30 minutes about how much longer I was looked at like I was being bothered. After a long day of travel this was not the best way to start our trip. The bartender complained that no one was coming to him but at the same time seemed bothered by everyone who ordered. The beach staff is non-existent. I never once saw them leave the hut to help with umbrellas or anything else.

This hotel is like a fairy tale ....they also have on site shops, pool, delicious local ice cream etc they have a small shuttle and can bring you to the beach that is actually 2 min away, free chairs on the gorgeous Grace Bay beach, supermarket Gracebay Gourmet right near where they also have cooked food if you find the restaurants expensive, hospital right near if you are with kids and might need, police station right near if you are worried about safety. Great people working there, we loved them all and had a dream time! Thank you!

Everyting was perfect

My family and I had an amazing stay at the resort! The staff was so personable and friendly! Delicious, hot breakfast every morning. The walk to the beach was short and so worth it! Our family will definitely be returning!

There was nothing about the resort that I'd say I did not like. If I had to mention something, it would be the shower. It was partially open and the water pressure was low. However, it worked out and had little to no impact on my overall view of the resort. :)

The best part of POC is the staff. They are all-around excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The pool area is well-kept and has plenty of sun. Watson and the bar staff were terrific.

The hot tub struggled to stay working, but it's hot outside so not a huge deal. Beds are pretty stiff, but that's more of a personal preference. A/C in the room didn't blow very cold. We could have reported it, but chose not to, so that's on me.

Beach was in walking distance. It's right next to a useful shopping center. Pool looked like good value relative to the cost of accomdations. This is not an over-the-top luxury spot, but a perfectly nice place that is well-kept with helpful staff. Definitely very functional and quite easy to walk to the beach (5-10 minutes).

On Grace Bay and close to everything. Shopping, restaurants and bars were all in walking distance.

The rooms could use a refresh. I understand it is low season but there was often no one at the bar to get drinks. We would have preferred to have drinks where we were staying but had to go elsewhere.

Walking distance to everything in Grace Bay. Value priced with great facilities and staff. Comforting, naturally relaxing and friendly resort, made us feel at home. Owner even came by to ask about our stay and introduce himself. Breakfast provided daily was great (and a huge cost saver). Across the street from their own Ports of Call beach area. Chairs, umbrellas, kayaks provided, shuttle available but it’s only a 2 min walk.

The staff was friendly. I met Bernard, Andre, and Watson. I like the staff social where there were light snacks and happy hour. I thought breakfast would just be yogurt and bagels but there were eggs and meats as well. The hotel was clean. The staff was the best.

I wish there were snacks for purchase at the bar. I didnt dislike anything else.

This property is in close proximity to the beach (3 minute brisk walk), resort staff is friendly and accommodating, pool area is clean and Watson was great! Having mini fridge in room was very helpful! Continental breakfast was wonderful! Room was cleaned when asked and extra towel were provided! I stayed in a 1st floor room facing the pool/hot tub which was so amazing! Staff at the beach was also great! I had an amazing vacation and will definitely come back!
