The hotel is just a streat away from the beach. The balcony had a great view to the sea. Room was clean and spacious with comfy bed. Small kitchenette, but we prefered dining outside and didn't use it. Big bathroom. Private parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Those who prefer going early to bed should consider the noise from the bar close by. Was not a problem for us.

Room looks great, everything is new. Bed very comfortable, you also have a small kitchen if you want to cook. Nice club/bar across the street, great for an evening drink. The small beach in front of the hotel.

The outside of the hotel looks old..ish. There is no restaurant there. The area is more for locals, less for tourists (i was expecting to have lots of restaurants with various sea food, but there are only few, with 3 types of sea food, and the rest is chicken).

The studio should have 3* at least, with nice and modern furniture, equipped with all the necessary things, large bathroom, excellent bed, excellent seaview, A/C works well. This accommodation is really worth it, the beach is two steps away, there is a shower right next to the stairs. The garden is beautiful, you can spend nice evenings there.

A minor issue: even though I only stayed for two nights and could use the same towels, it would have been desirable that someone had at least stopped by to pick up the trash.

This location was wonderful. The room had an amazing view of the sea and a private beach. Quiet place, walking distance to the beautiful little town, and right in between Thessaloniki and wonderful nature of Greece and beautiful beaches in the south. The host was very friendly and accommodated all my needs. When I go back to Thessaloniki, which I know I will, I'll definitely stay at the same place.

The staff was very friendly The room was big, also the balcony, we had a very nice view and free and safe parking in the hotel's court. Also the kitchenette was very a nice tool for us.

We didn't understand (but we were ashame to ask) why we had to throw the garbage ourselves and we had to ask for the plastic bags after 3 nights spent there. Room service came once in 7 nights (in the day we asked for plastic bags for the trash cans). Another thing was the loud music from the club next to the hotel, which was a tricky thing to manage, taking in consideration that our baby had to sleep early.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paraktio. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was newly renovated, spotless, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the magnificent view – absolutely breathtaking! This is a truly excellent, family-run hotel that we warmly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Everything was great. The hotel is located outside the city in a non busy place which is great. It's also right next to the beach, 2 min walk. There are sun beds and unbrellas on the beach, free if you order drinks/food from the adjascent restaurant. It's a sandy beach with some stones inside the water. There is free parking at the hotel, rooms seem to be recently renovated and very clean. There is a place with small kitchen setup and utensils so you can prepare your own food if you like to. There are couple of BBQs on the outsde as well. Overall very good place for a family vacation.

Everything was more than amazing. The hosts did everything to make us feel good and comfortable. They even gave us bigger room on same price. The balcony view was breathtaking. Everything was nice and clean. The area is very peaceful and perfect for relax. The beach is 1 minute away. Highly recommend the hotel.

we loved that it was a family owned hotel. the owners were very kind and generous and very informative about the area. we loved the balcony sea view especially seeing the sunsets and even witnessing a thunderstorm! location is great for a quiet beach getaway with a 20 min walk to the main town centre for Nea Kallikrateia.

A wonderful family hotel just 50 m from the beach. The owners are very friendly and kind (they gave us an unbrella to use). The location is very peaceful for a getaway from the city. But upu can walk to the city in about 20 minutes or so. The room was sparkling clean with all the needed items in the mini kitchen and a lovely terrace. And the yard ❤️Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely recommend.
