Great breakfast with plenty of protein foods and many hours open. The blood orange juice was a tremendous treat. Un Kindest staff made me feel as if I was making friends, not just staying in a b&b. The hotel is a long block off the beach, and quiet. You do get chaise/umbrella on beach, but i was too busy looking at castles, roman ruins, city museum, and a 16th century library collection to swim or sun with the crowds. Also had the best gelato in town I've had in 5 weeks in Italy. The metro stop is an easy 5- block walk. Got off the locale train from Pesaro about as near. Immediately liked the town for the quality of the graffiti, which is a strong hint about safety in Italy, I have found. Loved that A/C had a dehumidify setting. I don't need it cold, just less muggy than the 70% it was the week i visited. Such good value! If I come back (and I've fallen in love with the Adriatic, so probably will) , I'll stay again. Our stay exceeded expectations. The breakfast was more than satisfying – it would’ve been perfect with some olives! :) The rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided regularly, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the gentleman and lady who made us wonderful espresso each morning. Also, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very attentive. The hotel’s location was another big plus – just a short walk from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which made everything very convenient.

Overall, everything was great. The only minor issue was the mosquitoes – it would be helpful to have mosquito screens on the windows. Also, finding a parking spot for the car was a bit challenging, especially during busy hours.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming experience. From the moment I arrived, the host/receptionist made me feel right at home with his incredibly friendly demeanor – was always ready with a smile, helpful tips about the local area, and genuine enthusiasm for making sure everything was perfect. What stood out most was the excellent communication throughout my visit. Every question or request was handled promptly and with such kindness; it truly felt like they cared about my comfort as if I were a personal guest. Just pure hospitality that made the whole trip stress-free. And let's not forget the breakfasts! They were an absolute delight – fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Each morning started on a high note with those delicious spreads. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Would absolutely recommend it, if you're staying in Rimini! The hotel was comfortable and very clean, thanks to the hard-working cleaning lady, who made sure we had fresh towels even without asking! Each staff member was ever so lovely and keen to make sure we had a good time staying at their accommodation. Special thanks to the kind gentleman, who checked us in and out and suggested us sights, to the lovely lady who reccommended us the bar on the corner for good coffee and the lady at breakfast who was an absolute sweetheart and made the best cappucinos with double espresso in town!

The staff, and especially the breakfast staff were some of the loveliest people in the world, and other than fantastic breakfast and coffee, they brought smiles to our faces every morning! The beach and a bus station were really close to the hotel, as well as numerous shops. The beds were comfortable, the wifi was really fast and there was a smart TV that worked really well.

Our room didn't have a terrace/balcony, so it was hard to hang up all our swimsuits and beach towels and get them dry. Our window faced a rather busy street and it was quite noise sometimes at night, and therefore hard to sleep. Also, our bathroom had a high-up open window facing the hotel hallway which other guests were using, so it was a bit awkward at times in regards to privacy. The hotel itself has an elevator, but there's a row of steep steps in front of the lobby entrance, so it's a good thing to keep in mind if you have a lot of baggage.

We liked everything. Clean, the administrators are attentive and will tell you. Armentations have everything you need... Breakfast was with a small choice, delicious. It's not far from the sea.

I'd like to have towel hooks in the bathroom and some shoe space when I enter. Everything's great...

Staff exceptionally friendly and flexible upon requests, gluten free breakfast options, soy milk and fruit available, balcony, 2min away from the beach, nice and cozy atmosphere (off season, don't know about main season), breakfast on the terrace, comfortable bed, enough room, air conditioning + heater. Would totally recommend and come back 😊

Walls are a bit thin so you could hear people coming back to the hotel late talking or early in the morning if you want to sleep in. But still, fully recommend this place!

The hotel is located nearby the beach and the station of metromare that goes along the coast and bring you directly from/to Rimini train station. People who are running the place are exceptionally nice & kind. The lady at the reception (Viva Mexico! 🇲🇽 😎), her husband and the lady who’s preparing breakfast are just superb. All of them are nice, smiling and very attentive to the guests’ needs. Great breakfast🍳 🥞 🧇. One of the best I got in Italy; very wide choice of different food; and savoury options available and that is not that obvious for breakfast in 🇮🇹😉 It goes without saying that coffee ☕️ is great too.

Room is quite small, but for a few days is okay. Bathroom is very small with the shower that takes some of this limited space (no extra shower cabin; only a shower curtain).

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days & 2 nights (me, my husband, and our 1 year old baby). Room was clean but a little bit small for us, but my bad I should’ve book a bigger one or even requested a cot. Breakfast buffet was excellent. All the staff (from the reception to the breakfast lady and gentleman), were very helpful and nice. There is a minimarket just beside the hotel, and just a few meters to ristorante Tin Bota and Il Mare dal Moro.

Excellent hotel, located 3 minutes from the sea, the staff is very nice and polite .rooms every day cleaned -change linens and towels Breakfast was very tasty and varied There is a store next to the hotel and many places to eat, we highly recommend this wonderful hotel! We left the hotel very early and they packed us breakfast to take with us
