We had exceptionally great service from the woman at the reception. I believe her name was Andree. Good view of ski hill. Close to shops and restaurants. On foot and by car. Even though this was not the place I initially thought I reserved at, we still had a good stay.

In all it was fine. BUT, I thought that I had reserved at the Le Complexe 60.....the nice place that I saw on the Booking.com page. I see now that there was a play on HOTEL and MOTEL. When you punch up : Le Complexe 60 (you get the nice picture), the hotel I wanted. The hotel at 500 Chemin des Frenes. What I got was 600 Chemin des Frenes which is diffenately not the same thing. The picture above is where I wanted to be and where I thought I had reserved. Surprise!!! Imagine my dismay! My advice.......make absolutely sure of the location you wish to be at.

Was very nice staff is extremely kind and helpful. The room could use a bit more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning but was not bad . I liked that the room came equipped wth a kitchenette, was very handy , beautiful view and pool. i

The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. The price was wonderful for the location, we swam in the pool which was clean and not too busy. View of the mountain. Clean room.

Walking distance to restaurant we also reserved at. Ample space & feel of a tiny apartment. Views are very nice, staff is friendly & helpful.

Something in the room set off allergies so tough to sleep. Walls are "paper thin" and being next to the highway you constantly hear traffic (to be expected I guess) you also hear neighbours quite clearly.

Great romantic spot for a couple! Owners were amazing very nice and understanding!!!! Clean and close to everything!

Everything. Beautiful, large, clean room. Very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Very helpful host. Coffee in the room would be a nice touch as there is none available on site.

The only problem was with the internet. It almost never automatically reconnected. And often, several times a day and even several times a hour, it would just disconnect. Be careful if your data is on! You could be using it instead of wifi if you are not careful..

Perfect spot to reach all the best activities.

The kitchens are outdated and need so be revamped.
