Loved everything about the property. The room, the pool, the experiences we booked with property, the staff like EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The one thing that was exceptional was the STAFF - Brian, Sharad, Nitesh sir, Sumesh sir (sorry if I got any of your name wrong). These people are so sweet, very caring and they literally do anything to make sure your stay is amazing. Another highlight was the private pool and dinner experience with 100 candles. The most amazing time we had. Next day morning we went for a small trek with Sumesh sir for sunrise and he guided us so well and had a refreshing time. Thank you KAHANI :) hope to see you again soon…

Outstanding. I travel with work and leisure and this is without doubt - the best place I have ever stayed. Staff went above and beyond. I want to single out the exceptional service from Sunesh, Latish, Nitesh and Savin. But this doesn’t include the names of the amazing women who looked after our room. They served us with patience and a friendly smile everyday Thank-you for a wonderful weekend getaway from Bangalore and Delhi. Hope to see you again

A bit of extra training to staff is all it needs but they were great mostly!

Ambience, staff and food. All were awesome.

Liked the first few days when we have small number of guests. Once more people came it seems to be crowded 😀 Bed is a little too soft.

Location is amazing. Grounds are exceptional. Rooms are beautiful. Staff and service impeccable - couldn’t do enough for you.

No dislikes. Best property we have ever stayed.

It really is paradise! The staff are top class, the villa is so beautiful, the area is wonderful. We will be back!

The location, the staff, and the sheer amount of thought which went behind developing the property. The rooms are quite amazing and very comfortable. Most would say getting to the property is difficult due to the rutty approach road.. but in my view this only adds to the exclusivity of the place..

Upkeep of the property could be a tad bit better. In general the property is really well maintained. But a few small niggles like a slightly dirty bed runner and a very squeaky wooden floor can be slightly annoying at this price point. However, the warm and cordial behaviour of the staff do make up for it.. 🙂
