We recently stayed at this apartment in Paris, and it was an excellent experience! The apartment was super clean and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, nearby cafes, and shops. I loved being able to walk to several popular parks and enjoy the local ambiance. The host was very friendly and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, this apartment made my trip to Paris even more enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city!

The room was a good size for one person. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean! The metro (line 10, but there are also several buses - 52, 72, 123 - that take you to the city) and a supermarket are a 2-minute walk from the accommodation, and there are even more shopping opportunities a few streets away. The neighborhood was very pleasant, clean and calm! There are several restaurants a few minutes from the accommodation.

The lighting in the room could be a little better, but it doesn't matter in the overall evaluation! Everything else was perfect so far!

Very good location, so close to the subway and bus stations. Nice neighborhood, lots of shops close by. The room was tiny for two, but we had everything that was needed. There were always sweets on reception, it was clean everywhere and felt safe. Also it was quiet so we slept well. Very comfy bad and shits by the way.

We stayed 4 nights and didn't have a room service even ones. Would be better to have at least one time somebody who refill the coffee and change the trash beans.

The location is close to the metro station and offers very good connections with Paris city center. We stayed in the small studio which is well equipped in the kitchenette and bathroom. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets (carrefour express, franprix) are close to the hotel.

The studio window faces a busy street and, even with the blinds drawn, there is a lot of noise in the room. Cold air enters the room through the windows and blinds which is annoying because the bed is very close to the window.

Comfortable location, close to metro and groceries in Boulogne. Also convenient that it was possible to manage check in and check out at times suitable for us. The kitchenette was equipped enough.

Our room was on the ground floor with windows facing inner yard which meant that there was no natural light as the curtains had to be pulled to keep privacy - there was a corridor opposite to windows. Also, the room was quite damp and towels did not dry out so we had to dry ourselves with damp towles after day 1.

Good location. Quiet. Spacious. Well decorated. David was vey accommodating, allowing us to leave our suitcases at the facility early so we could head to Roland Garros.

We didn't realise the apartment was in a different location from the hotel so that was a bit confusing. The taxi driver (organised by the hotel) who drove us to the apartment was not friendly at all. The apartment had a full kitchen but was missing some basics like s & p, a toaster, cooking oil.

The apartment was cozy and clean. We had AC as well and it was close to the metro station. The cleaning staff was nice even though they didn't speak English.

We saw that it would be a small room, but didn't expect it to be hard for 2 people to move around simultaneously.

I liked the way the room was clean, and the facilities there were good. The WiFi was excellent with good AC and lighting. The location was convenient and closer to stores, banks and supermarkets.

The bathroom was too small, which was a very unpleasant experience. The TV only had French channels and then the beverages were only provided on the first day

This accommodation was conveniently located, clean and well maintained . The practical layout of the room made excellent use of available space. its worth noting that the bathroom was very small, while it was functional and had all the neccessary amenities it felt a bit cramped . in summary if you prioritise cleanliness and practicality and dont mind a cozy bathroom this place is a great choice.

Our room was a bit small with no view, but it was very comfortable and clean providing all necessary equipments. The location was great sorrounded by all the facilities metro, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centres, ect. We enjoyed our stay a lot thanks to the helpful staff as well..
