I liked the size of room and outlook onto the grass and pool. It was quiet and comfy. And the seperate toilet to bathroom was good. The pool was great as it was very hot.

I think the aircon systems should be updated...they are very noisy. But the room did stay relatively cool, it was exceptionally hot during our stay. I think crockery etc needs to be checked and sorted and tidied and ttowels etc added. Just an eye for detail of all areas of room and facilities would give Kingswood a 9 out of 10. I noticed some rubbish at pool that was there the day I arrived and left. Again checking and detailing are important

This location was great. A very warm welcome on arrival and was even showed what rooms were available for future stays. My room was a good surprise and great value. I have paid a lot more for worst. My room was quite large with plenty of space for a very comfy Queen size bed as well as another single. The bathroom was very well appointed with a spacious shower and plenty of hot water. In the shower was a dispenser for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. At the sink was a dispenser for hand soap, body lotion and shaving cream. The toilet was behind a closed door. These are very nice touches. The grounds are spacious and very green. There was no road noise at night.

The car park was full of large loose stones. It was level but not well suited to my motorcycle. A few of the light fittings in my room where a little confusing to make them work.

Spacious room for a triple. Seperate dining table. Great shower. Access to laundry and BBQ facilities. Central to town and river. Rear access to outside seating area.

Couldn’t really get stove top working effectively and small oven triggered smoke detectors. (Did not ask for advice from manager).

Slightly on the outskirts of Tocumwal which meant that we were the only people staying there.

There were no staff at the motel either on arrival or leaving. As there was no staff - no restaurant. As a result we had to go out to get food but all the shops shut at 5:30. Had to travel a fair distance to get food.

Location and price of the motel is met our needs for the weekend.

The fact that there was a quilted fitted sheet mattress protector on our bed a the quilt when we arrived. This was not ideal for sleeping under however, when I raised this the next morning with the manager it was replaced with a proper light weight quilt better suited to sleeping under.

The pool, the location was great. The price was good

There was quite a lot of cigarette butts out the front of my room, and I found a packet of cigarettes in the room that had been left by the previous person, one of the beds in the room had a broken leg.

Great room size, separate toilet is rare and appreciated, great firm bed, very well maintained older style building, undercover parking which was great as it rained overnight. Very good value for money.

Hot water was hot but not very hot. Not in walking distance to town centre but this was noted before booking.

The rooms were larger than expected. Very clean. All soap and shampoos etc were supplied. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The gardens and pool are beautiful. Would happily stay again.

The beds are a bit hard. Could have done with a softer mattress topper. Lots of ants around the pool. These things didn't have any bad impact on our stay and we would happily stay there again.

Quiet location. Easy drive into town. Friendly reception staff happy to help with any problems. Clean room.. Comfortable bed. Parking outside room. Economical tariff. Didn't use shower but plenty of towels. Room had microwave, toaster and electric jug. Good supply crockery and cutlery..

Cold room. Had extra blankets but still cold. Air conditioner noisy when first turn on. No electric blankets.

The manager, Nanda is very accommodating.. the rooms are extremely clean and way above our expectations..

Nothing, everything about the place, manager, facilities, cleanliness, price are all amazing!
