- Exceptionally clean room with clean sheets and warm blanket. - Clean carpets - Shower fittings and lights - Kettle/Toaster, coffee, biscuits. Large bathroom - Shampoo and soap bars provided - Bar fridge - Lounge area

- Traffic noise however, it does eventually disappeared at night - Being asked for my ID which the Indian owner wanted to photocopy and then leave copies of ID in plain view of customers. He then showed examples of all the IDs he has taken to justify the photocopying. I Had to explain to him he is breaching the Privacy Act 1988 for storing sensitive information in full access of public and failing to securely store this information. He was told details such as licence numbers should be removed as these could be used for fraud.

Our accommodation was warm and spacious. It was a bonus to have crockery and cutlery. Lovely big bathroom. Bed very comfy and warmed by electric blanket. Nice to have table and chairs. Parking nice and close to our room. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Great location and the room was very good, I especially enjoyed the spa bath. Very good facilities available also.

Unfortunately the laundry, located right next to our room, was in use most nights against the posted times- possibly other guests who had to leave the venue early in the morning but it made for interrupted sleep for us.

Really good location walking distance to the main streets of Cobram

People using the communal washing machines til 10pm and onwards especially as my room was only 2 rooms away, very annoying at times!

athena unit we stayed in for two nights was very clean and quiet.

The only thing that I would recommend would be some place mats for the cooking utensils and some tea towels for customers to tidy up with, very minor things but about cleanliness.👍

We stayed here for the Bullanginya Dreaming light show, excellent location for it. Rooms were a bit dated but it was clean as! One of the cleanest places I've stayed at. Loved having a microwave in there. Pillows were nice and fluffy, mattress was comfy.

Everything was amazing

The room was very clean, quite large, we had plenty of room, the air conditioner worked once we were shown how to turn it on. Lovely little pool & BBQ area.

Mattress has a dip in it but was still quite comfortable

Comfortable well equipped neat and tidy. I was allocated room which has an upstairs room of good size and 3 single beds which would be ideal for a family.
