Paul and Wendy are such congenial hosts. We stayed in a refurbished room with everything well appointed, especially the two very comfortable lounge chairs with leg rests! The beds (one queen, one single) were comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and the kitchen area provided more than was expected (including a larger than normal fridge). Undercover parking was immediately outside the room. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully manicured and provided a tranquil surrounds for our two night stay. The hotel is next door to the Barooga Hotel and within walking distance to several cafes. This was such an enjoyable stay . . thanks Paul and Wendy!

Outstanding motel in exceptional; location. Reasonable tariff, friendly and welcoming staff, clean and well maintained, quality furniture, with all your needs for a short to medium stay. Apartment style setup: this is how a motel room should be designed. Large fridge, hotplate, microwave and all your crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans needs. Table and chairs. King bed, great TV. Great compendium. Parking outside room. Quiet location with top restaurant in Barooga hotel just next door.

Prefer low profile pillow options, and fluffy bedsheet size towels.

This place certainly has no corporate links...everything about the place speaks of love and care. From the moment we met Paul we knew this was going to be an exceptional stay. He advised that UHT milk was in the fridge but then asked if we would prefer fresh milk he would be happy to swap over. The gardens are emaculate, which is the first impression. Moving onto our room all rooms have a verandah/ carport. Along side every door was a bucket and squidgy to clean your windscreen. Inside the room...just wow. Very thoughtful set up....awesome anti-gravity seats with foot rests. Beautiful and comfortable king size bed. The decor was next level too. Nice modern kitchenette with decent size fridge. The bathroom consisted of a classy shower, toilet and vanity...a good selection of toiletries and omg 3 decent sized towels for the two of us. The TV is a smart TV with some foxtel stations included...however if you have a Netflix account etc it was eady to log in. The pub is easily within walking distance and the food wasn't too bad either. There is also a sports club in walking distance to (under a KM). We did notice a courtesy bus go past so maybe they do pick-up and drop offs. There is a swimming pool on site to, and the air-conditioning was whisper quiet. Heaps of power points to. There is also, over the road a great looking park and playground.

We had some inconsiderate neighbours who held loud conversations adjacent to out room and left their diesel 4WD running.

It was lovely, modern and clean. Loved that it had a full sized fridge, new appliances and really liked the decor. It was great that the parking is right out the front of the unit and was undercover.

Smoking was out the front of the units where ashtrays were located. As a non smoker it would have been good to have a smoking area maybe a little away from the doors of the units.

Place was nice and tidy. Well maintained gardens lawns pools and outside areas Staff very obliging and chatty nothing was to much trouble . Room was lovely and very clean a little more cleaning behind bedside tables was the only little dust I noticed everything else very very clean.

Perfect location . Hotel next door walking distance for dinner . Units self contained if you wish to cook your meals comfortable and spacious. We order full breakfast definite value for money , my husband and I struggled to get through every thing on the plate . Would definitely order again . Management and staff friendly and helpful . Will definitely be back . Relaxing and comfortable stay

One of the best motel we stayed in Australia. Spacious beautiful room with all the comfort of a self contained unit. We loved the location, the garden, the proximity to the golf course, pub and cafe and walks along the river. So much care from the owners and staff

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even offered a carton of milk on arrival. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms very clean.

Even though it was 30c outside. the pool was icy. Solar heating would be a great enhancement to be able to swim longer in the Spring and Autum months.

Room was recently refurbished. Very modern. Parking bays are very spacious. Very well landscaped. Staff member was very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful when asking for recommendations for breakfast nearby. Would definintely return,

This accommodation is immaculately clean, modern & comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Studio apartment.. The gardens were immaculately landscaped, and the pool was lovely & refreshing. There is a BBQ area beside the pool.
