We were in Room 28. This room had a large bathroom that included a spa bath (didn't use it). We have stayed at the complex previously but were in a room that was basic (no spa, no bath just a shower). The complex is ideally located, walking distance to Barooga Shops, across the road from Sporties Bar/Club, and short drive to major supermarket shops located in Cobram. Car noise from passing traffic was minimal and was of no concern. Car window cleaning squeezie available outside door to room.

We basically just slept the two nights in the room. Arrived in the room after dinner, ate of our breakfast and then were out of the room by 9.30am. No grumbles.

The location was great - just across the road from the golf club. The grounds were really nice and well maintained with plenty of room to park. The rooms are also a good distance from the road, so quiet. There was a guest laundry which we used and even though we didn't use the outside facilities - BBQs and seating etc it all looked good. The beds were comfortable. We had Foxtel even though it dropped out a few times.

I like the idea of a separate kitchen sink so you don't have to fill the kettle in the bathroom basin but the basin was outside the bathroom - not so great.

Stayed in Rm 23 for 4 nights. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Bed comfortable. It is opposite Sporty Club so breakfast and Bistro available there.

They have just started building additional units so noise will be a problem Monday-Friday. We stayed Thursday to Monday morning and was out Friday so didn’t impact us.

From the moment we drove in everything was great. Manager checked us in early and was lovely, the grounds are amazing with a beautiful Pool and Spa and 3-4 outdoor eating/BBQ areas. Room was large, lovely and clean and bed was very comfortable. We will definately be going back and will recommend to friends

That we only had one night there would have loved longer

Large comfortable room. Booked a queen room but ended up in a room with double and single bed. Kitchenette worked well for us. Grounds are lovely and well maintained. Staff friendly. Opposite golf/sports club which was perfect for our stay.

Nothing really. Maybe air conditioner needs upgrading. Very noisy but l am very sensitive to noise.

Nice and quite beds comfortable and very tidy nice close to the club for meal staff are great the hot days the pool was amazing to relax in after work

we got up later as we were staying overnight & left our room about 10.30am when we returned in the afternoon we were disappointed housekeeping had missed cleaning our room therefore we had no clean towels.other than this everything was excellent.

Loved the location, friendly helpful staff. We were travelling in a group so the outside Balinese pavilion was great for drinks & nibbles before we went over the road for dinner. Room was very comfortable & well maintained. Great shower pressure.

The blue light from the smoke alarm was very bright in our room.

It’s just a great place to stay. Great location, terrific room with comfy bed, spacious bathroom( including a spa), and easy access to Sporties across the road. Closeness to the golf course is also a huge plus.

They’ve changed the tv set up but I think it’s my lack of technology and nothing else that made it more difficult.

Friendly staff, roomy & comfortable. Grounds were beautifully maintained with outdoor seating areas well planned Love live the clean bucket with windscreen washer and a great size parking spot out the front of your room.
