Excellent location - walking distance to the shops. Large room and large ensuite. Very clean and comfortable with a sofa to sit and watch TV. Kitchenette was great - crockery and cutlery provided as well as a dishcloth and washing up liquid to wash our dishes. No direct sun in the windows. Air conditioner to keep the room cool in the 38-40 degree heat.

Free parking but no shade . This is not a criticism but it would have been nice to have a carport or some shade for the car in the extreme heat.

We always stay here when we visit friends in Tocumwal, it is close to everything and walking distance to see our friends, the staff is always friendly and remember us and love a chat. All the rooms are clean and the facilities in the rooms are always on point.

My only thing that I think needs looking at may be the beds, they were a little soft this time.

Daniel and Sally are very lovely. They made our stay extremely comfortable. Buster English Staffordshire their lovely furbaby is a star!! Shy but loves pat on the back. The place was dated, but it exceeded my experiences at other more modern hotels. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the hospitality was exceptional.

It could use a refurbishment, but nothing old felt poorly looked after or non-functional. The hotel has been looked after well, and all appliances in the room worked perfectly. So the refurb would only be for the hotel's benefit.

Very clean and tidy, close to town, friendly staff, felt safe for a lone female traveller. Also liked the microwave and kitchenette amenities and the size of the room.

Room I stayed in was older/unrenovated but well maintained (but had a new air conditioner which was appreciated!).

Enjoyed this room very much - very clean, roomy, good tv reception and the best lounge chairs to just sit and read/relax.Great location and within walking distance to main street. Quiet location, easy parking. Would recommend and hope to come and stay in the town again.

I loved the complimentary tea and biscuits in the kitchen. The air conditioning was fantastic and really combatted the outside heat! We enjoyed the private bathroom and tv.

We wish there had been a kitchen sink as well as a bathroom sink so that we could more easily wash dishes and prep meals.

Room was a good size, although dark. Reverse cycle heater was very efficient. Good amount of space to open a suitcase.

Bathroom was small and the shower rose was hard to adjust. Bed was only a double. Very hard to clean the plates and bowls in the bathroom basin.

Beautiful country motel. The owners are so welcoming, the rooms and bathroom are clean. The bed comfortable and the location is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

We were able to have an early book Because we were there for a wedding. The rooms were neat, clean, quiet and central. Good parking right in front of room. No stairs which was good.the Staff helpful polite and welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay there again.. thank you
