Nice hotel with good prices, good breakfast and a very nice blonde receptionist, who was very helpful! We had to leave the hotel before 7:30 AM, which was before breakfast, so the receptionist gave us a very good breakfast the day before. We got bread, rolls, yogurts, fruits and some other stuff.

Be careful when you want to arrive later than 7 PM. Reception is closed at that time. Also, when you stay during the week you have to pay for the city parking. Luckily, I arrived for the weekend, when parking is free.

A modest hotel in a very nice town. There was everything we needed, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious. In the morning we had a very good breakfast. The staff was friendly and smiling. A big advantage of the hotel is its location, close to the old town, where there is a place to eat and drink. I recommend it!

The light in the kitchen didn't work. It gets light from the room, so it wasn't a disaster, but it could be fixed.

The hotel was quite similar to the one I usually stay in Olomouc so it has familiar cool facilities: comfortable beds, enough space for work. The room was airy and quite bright and cleanliness was at acceptable level. The location of the hotel is really nice.

Poor wi-fi connection on the third floor. Some improvements which will turn the room into more practical one to use might do the trick. Once I had a problem with the chip to open the door - despite calling the reception there was no response.

It was clean, warm and cosy. We had wine glassess in our room, fridge and tv. The bed was very comfy!!! Car park is right opposite the hotel which was very convenient.

No kettle and mugs in a room to make a morning coffee.

Hotel Pod Radnici is a boutique hotel that reflects the small town it’s in but is clean and comfortable.

Small entry foyer, and somewhat difficult check in as the hotel isn’t open but one must ring the staff to gain access to the property.

Very nice, clean hotel, conveniently located close to the center of Šumperk. Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely place to stay. All clean and tidy. Bar in location with a few beers. Friendly receptionist. Room clean and tidy and good size.

A little futher than wanted to be from station with a backpack!

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the center. The Hotel has an elevator, which was also good! The owner/manager of the hotel (Paní Machalová) was kind, flexible with the arrival time, and it was easy to contact with her. The breakfast was ok! Děkuji moc!

The young receptionist girl should know at least a few sentences in English. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, we were able to park in the parking lot of the opposite housing estate. (The receptionist sent us there.)

The hotel is a very short walk from the centre. The room was clean and spacious. They offer a basic breakfast.

The room was clean. The furnishing was modern and practical.

No breakfast to go was offered as I had to leave before they opened the dining room.
