For families with kids- it’s a wonderful place, especially the lotte land, was a super great place for our kids to put their energy out. We were able to sit back and enjoy. The breakfast has lactose free and gluten free options, which is always a great addition. Also the coffee that you can order from the bar was excellent, thank you!

Unfortunately the spa area was a bit too tiny, we did expect a bigger place due to photos, but thats alright. Most of it was enjoyed, the big pool was too cold tho. The checking in took 30 minutes, due to small reception and holidays, so make sure to arrive sooner or check in later.

Breakfast was OK, however seemed very crowded (even though we went to breakfast before 9 oclock). There is a beach close to hotel - but that is an advantage in summer. SPA and pool area was very crowded as well. However I enjoyed massage two times - that was the beast part of all stay. Also - there is a little play corner for kids next to SPA.

Family room was quite small. Beds could be more comfortable. And sofa for kids wasnt very comfortable as well. Also - the temperature in our room was quite cold all the time (1st floor). We tried to modify it to be 22 degrees, but it went back to 19 everytime.

Lovely, clean room, very welcoming receptionist, delicious breakfast, including the celebratory champagne on January 1 morning. Loved the pancakes. Nice sea view from our room. Second level bathroom had warm floors - perfect. The spa is not very large, but we managed to visit it during the time between check out and check in - between 11am and 3pm there were very few people.

Lower level room was a bit cooler than pleasant, even if we turned up the heating. Probably due to strong wind from sea. Guests need to remember that pets are alowed in the hotel. Somewhere in our floor we had a couple of very noisy small dogs.

Spa size perfect for our family. Kid 6y old loved all the pools, even food.

I liked that they try to be eco friendly, but that’s not working if you are not informing your clients about things they’ll take away from room service. It’s ok-we can buy them separate in reception but what’s the point then(slippers)?. Like slippers or rub for your kid. This year even feels colder, in spa zone, than last year. At the breakfast almost cut my hand on broken glass-and personal didn’t even care. I chose hestia group hotels often because I loved high quality service they gave, but this made me change my mind.

The 24-hour service desk. We arrived after midnight and it was good to be met by a real person. Free parking. Excellent location next to the walking paths along the beach. Decent breakfast included. Pet-friendly. Spacious bathroom, robes for the spa (but unfortunately we did not have the time to try it). The hotel lobby was nicely decorated for the winter holidays with a few beautiful frees.

We paid 20 EUR extra for the pet (the room for two with breakfast and access to the spa cost a little over 70 EUR). However, the dog got no drinking bowl or any treat or a doggy bed to sleep on (good that we had our own that we could fetch from the car). I did see some doggy bowls in the hall in the morning and I also read about dogs getting treats in previous reviews. We were disappointed that our puppy did not get any special treatment, especially since we had to pay for her almost as much as per human staying at the hotel. Breakfast was extremely crowded and it was not easy to find a table to sit at.

A truly dog-friendly hotel! We were pleasantly surprised to be provided with two bowls and even some dog snacks - something you don’t see often. The hotel also offers an EV charger for guests at a fixed price of €12. Its location is relatively close to the sea, making it a great spot for walks. Free parking is an added bonus. Also the breakfast was quite good.

The check-in process at reception was challenging due to a constant queue - it seemed to be busy every time we came or left the hotel. Also, I would consider spa as a nice bonus rather than main reason to visit. It may suit some guests, but it wasn’t a highlight for us.

Amazing hotel for families. It has all variety of pools kids/hot/cold/jacuzzi, sauna and more. It has a huge internal kids playground (costs 9euro per kid for the entire stay). The rooms are clean and comfortable, the (buffet style) breakfast is very good (but not excellent), the hotel includes big parking. But the 9 rating is due to the pools and playground that offers children of all ages great pass time at the hotel when returning in the afternoons, and made our vacation much more enjoyable.

The breakfast did not include interesting eggs. Only hard boiled or scrambled, which were scrambled long in advance and lost all taste. No sunny side up, and no interesting omelette like in other hotels.

Breakfast was delicious and with a variety of choices. On the 25th of December, there were additional tasty things (pasty, meat jelly). It was comfortably warm in the room. It was convenient that guests could visit the pool and Spa at any time during their working hours.

Pillows - I would advise changing them or adding more (two pillows per person). Some regulations in visiting the pool and Spa area would allow for avoiding overcrowding or inappropriate behaviour of children and their parents (e.g., jumping into the water just almost on the heads of other visitors). The policy of towels was also not very well thought out (you have to take the ones from your room and then ask for other towels in the reception - it seemed not very convenient).

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was great value for money, considering mid July was the peak of the season. Staff was super friendly, the pool area was nice (small pool for kids, 3 saunas, 1 swimming pool, 1 massage pool). Breakfast was excellent (they had great granola, salmon, and even even ice cream!). They had an amazing huge theme playroom for kids with very cool stuff to do! That was 9 EUR for kids (free for adults) and was valid during our entire stay! Location was good too, not far from one side of the beach (though further away from the old town).

The breakfast area always felt crowded with queues for coffee or food, but that's a minor thing (you may opt for coming earlier;))

Breakfast highlight was pancakes, my daughter loved those with Nutella. Room was clean. Parking convent in front of hotel free of charge. There was a strange sign, that you can take only one breakfast coffee in spite it was a buffe breakfast. The reception lady was very polite even we arrived around midnight. Room was all warm and cozy.

Standard room bathroom is dated. Mattress was noisy. No extra pillows or extra blankets in the wardrobe. No idea what that sign for breakfast was for taking only one.
