Nice huge (probably Soviet time or something close to it, but properly renovated) hotel. Everything is clean and tidy, smiling staff. Our room with a balcony was big and cosy.

Parking places are scarce. They wanted to charge us for the parking, though in the Booking confirmation it was free. So, a small dispute with the reception boy :( Far from everything. Breakfast room is crowded, though the breakfast is really decent.

Good value for money! There is a little spa area which was enough for our family and included in the price. Hotel has parking around the hotel for a little price. We requested baby bed which was also provided and they were very friendly to change it because size was too small. There were two types - smaller cot out of wood and travel cot. Hotel has its own restaurant on the premises. Nice walking paths at the coastline and the walk to the main beach was not too long neither. If you can’t walk much, then is better to drive with car or take a bus. Room was comfy and for us enough - we had family room which had a balcony. Breakfast was good and also enough.

Only small things to improve. Children’s play corner could have needed some upgrade and some more toys. There is a Lotte playroom additionally which costs extra. Would be nice if it is free for guests. Hotel has a lot of land around it, so it would be nice if there were some playground for children or relax areas. Would be great if children’s menu in restaurant would contain some basics like simple noodles. Some food which is suitable for smaller children. Otherwise food was good!

Spa was great for our family (kids 2 and 4yo), and very quiet even though it was cold and rainy. Visited the spa 3 times and every time it was only couple of visitors, sometimes only us. Location good to the beach, but then faraway from centre. We had car so easy to drive and then park in the centre. Breakfast was good, plus for the pancakes and ice cream for kids. Selection was overall good. Nice to have heated drying racks in the bathroom. Overall good price for our family! I think we got some discounted price. Could visit again.

Bathroom air didn't change, was very humid.

Great pool area with two different pools, kids pool and saunas. Very kids friendly. Excellent children’s area downstairs with a bunch of interesting activities to choose from. Enough to do for a day or two with kids even if the weather is bad. Overall good location near the beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly and nice receptions staff.

The restaurant food was good (if and when they brought it), but not the service. Mixed up order, did not bring food that was ordered. Forgot to bring straw for kid. Very slow despite only a few tables being occupied and multiple staff. Would recommend you order delivery or dine in the city. Small inconvenience - had to pay for parking even though it said it was included.

For families with kids- it’s a wonderful place, especially the lotte land, was a super great place for our kids to put their energy out. We were able to sit back and enjoy. The breakfast has lactose free and gluten free options, which is always a great addition. Also the coffee that you can order from the bar was excellent, thank you!

Unfortunately the spa area was a bit too tiny, we did expect a bigger place due to photos, but thats alright. Most of it was enjoyed, the big pool was too cold tho. The checking in took 30 minutes, due to small reception and holidays, so make sure to arrive sooner or check in later.

Breakfast was OK, however seemed very crowded (even though we went to breakfast before 9 oclock). There is a beach close to hotel - but that is an advantage in summer. SPA and pool area was very crowded as well. However I enjoyed massage two times - that was the beast part of all stay. Also - there is a little play corner for kids next to SPA.

Family room was quite small. Beds could be more comfortable. And sofa for kids wasnt very comfortable as well. Also - the temperature in our room was quite cold all the time (1st floor). We tried to modify it to be 22 degrees, but it went back to 19 everytime.

Nice hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. I was able to rent a bike from a nearby place on short notice, with free delivery to the hotel entrance. The location is great for walks on the beach or a visit to the nearby nature reserve. The hotel has a nice spa that was included in the price, and the sauna was very relaxing. My room was big and clean, and had air conditioning.

The spa is relatively small (saunas, swimming pool ~19m) so I was glad to stay here outside the main season. The WiFi in my room was pretty slow and almost unusable in some corners.

The breakfast was quite good, maybe a bit small but good. Bed, pillows and blankets were all really nice, clean and comfortable, there was an AC unit, the control panel was a bit beaten up but still nice to have an AC when it's sunny and hot outside. The check-in personnel were really nice and talkative, the crew in the breakfast however didn't say a single word.

Free parking would in my opinion be available for all the hotel customers, it wasn't expensive 5€ per day but still we have already paid for the room. The shower pressure wasn't very good.

Spa size perfect for our family. Kid 6y old loved all the pools, even food.

I liked that they try to be eco friendly, but that’s not working if you are not informing your clients about things they’ll take away from room service. It’s ok-we can buy them separate in reception but what’s the point then(slippers)?. Like slippers or rub for your kid. This year even feels colder, in spa zone, than last year. At the breakfast almost cut my hand on broken glass-and personal didn’t even care. I chose hestia group hotels often because I loved high quality service they gave, but this made me change my mind.

Lovely, clean room, very welcoming receptionist, delicious breakfast, including the celebratory champagne on January 1 morning. Loved the pancakes. Nice sea view from our room. Second level bathroom had warm floors - perfect. The spa is not very large, but we managed to visit it during the time between check out and check in - between 11am and 3pm there were very few people.

Lower level room was a bit cooler than pleasant, even if we turned up the heating. Probably due to strong wind from sea. Guests need to remember that pets are alowed in the hotel. Somewhere in our floor we had a couple of very noisy small dogs.
