Room is very spacious and clean with additional sofas inside. Also hotel is old looking but very classy if you look around. Staff at the hotel is very kind & helpful and will make you feel nice. It is really silent during the night so you can get good amount of sleep.

This was our 2nd staying in Verona and we would not choose this hotel again for walking around the city as it is too far away from city attractions, even with the public transport. For just 1 night stay for 2 adults it was too expensive IMO but we appreciate breakfast was included. Breakfast options are fine, but I believe people would not complain against additional options. The bed was a bit strange because you have a frame above your head, yes you read it correct, above your head, so it is really just for sleeping, not sitting. Also we didn't have a fridge in our room which was disappointing when you look at the size of the room.

It was beautiful and will have really warm memories of hotel Borghetti. It is an 'old school' place, modest, but charming. Staff is at the same time warm and remains professional. I really liked that it was not staged fancy experience, but an honest one, you can feel that there is tradition, everything in family and friends circle. For sure they need better photos on booking haha, cause the surrounding is nice, especially in the evening. I liked coming there after crowded day, have dinner and a glass of wine, while the cars pass by and the hills and sky change their color. Breakfast was fine, there were many choices for those who eat sweet breakfast. Dinner also, had some good home made pasta. Special praise to Mara and the dashing young boy (Tomas maybe). Room was very clean, bathroom especially, modest, but comfortable. If someone needs these information: lines 21 and 93 (on the weekends) are connected to old town Verona and Porta Nuova. Lines 163, 164 and 185 from Porta Nuova, if you want to see Lago di Garda. Staff would be helpful also and tell you the details. All in all, this is the best possible choice for someone who wants to be practical, save money and still have a cool experience, be surounded with nice people and service. Easy to find. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our room was on the top, with terrace from where we had beautiful wiev on surrounding vineyards and mountains. Room was big enough to accomodate. Great breakfast, with great juices and coffee. In front of the hotel are a few free parking places. Easy to reach Verona. Good value for money.

Hotel is a little bit outdated. You can hear your neighbour. Although there were a few power suply sockets, only one was working. There was no room in the restaurant for dinner or to taste a glass of wine.

The food was exceptionally good - I really felt it was superb and lovely family atmosphere both at breakfast and dinner and at the desk. I was a little unwell and greatly appreciated the great help the staff gave me. I stayed an extra day and they were flexible and helpful . Thank you for a very pleasant stay . Reception staff lady spoke good English and was very helpful and friendly. Always gave us all the important information needed for Verona. Breakfast had alot of options and was very good too. Early checkin was provided and the room was kept clean.

Rooms were old style and the AC wasn’t taking effect as it’s supposed to. Bath tub was old and rusty and no tub curtains making the whole bathroom fully wet.

Very good option for visiting Verona if you have a car. They have private underground parking included. Its very easy to reach the city centre by taking buses 21/93/94 (Its easy to buy tickets using the Ticket Bus Verona App and then validate them onboard by scanning a QR code). Journey takes about 15/20 mins. Our room was also comfortable and the breakfast was nice too. The staff were very helpful.

The room was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. Also it is nice that the hotel has an underground parking and there is a bus stop extremely close (2 min top walking distance). Also the breakfast was good.

Even though there were no hot eggs etc, the breakfast was great, with so many selections you could easily eat too much. The room was a good size. We arrived quite late due to our train being delayed and could still check in just before 21:00.

The hotel is very far from the main attractions. About half an hour's travel from the train station.

Even though the hotel is older, it offers a very pleasant experience. We warmly recommend it if you want a stay without great demands, at a reasonable price. The location of the hotel was ideal for us, as well as the desire to visit Verona and Lake Garda, with a personal car.
