Comfortable large clean room, very friendly staff on desk. €1.50 to take the number 33 bus (stop just outside) to central Verona, an ideal location. Plenty of free parking. Small bar and seating. You can sit outside at the front. A good lift. Breakfast was fine. All you can eat, fruit, bread, yogurt etc. Would recommend.

Location is good, you are close to highway if you pick it for overnight. To Verona center you can pick up line 33 and you are at the Castelvecchio in 15 minutes. On the other side, just a 500m walk is line 13 which leads you to train station Verona Porta Nuova. Also, there is a big supermarket nearby so you can buy groceries if you need some. Staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, you can buy public transport tickets at the reception as well which is saving your time. The small square San Zeno is 40 minutes walk from the accommodation. Peschiera del Garda, Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda are all on 30 -45 minutes drive from the place which is really good. Parking was free and spacious so we didn't have to worry about this, also there is a small park like area in front of the hotel where you can sit and have a drink or your kid can play so really nice ambience.

Breakfast is fine, but maybe a bit more things can be added like scrambled eggs or so. It can be a bit noisy during the nights as the public road is just in front and there is no net on the windows to stop insects entering your room so this is a small investment that can really benefit the customers. You cannot iron clothes inside your room because of fire alarms so you need to bring items through the hall if you want to have them ironed

I had some doubts, reading previous reviews, but the room exceeded all expectations. Impeccable cleanliness, daily room service, large, modernized bathroom, generous spaces. Rich and varied breakfast. The location of the hotel is very accessible, a good starting point to explore both Verona and especially the attractions of the Lake Garda area.

The shampoo+shower gel sachet is small and totally insufficient. They should be provided separately. Or, better, some proper dispensers could have been fitted. Upon our request, we received extras from the Reception, with very polite responsiveness.

We had a great experience. The property is exceptionally clean and feels like new / just went through renovation. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. One of the best features is its affordability, I think the hotel offers great value for price, especially considering that parking is also available. While it’s not located in the city center, there’s a direct bus line that makes getting to and from the heart of the city incredibly easy, which is a huge plus.

It's tough to find any significant flaws. The only potential issue could be the relatively remote location, but the easy bus access more than compensates for this.

The place is super clean and super comfortable because the owner himself watches over everything! Ans he himself is an amazing person! Always smiling, super nice and helpful, and there for anything you may need! Then the breakfast came, very fair price (€6 per person + tax) with very nice variety of food and drinks. I can't recommend it more! Exceptional, regardless.

Hard to find! Besides the fact that Google maps REALLY BLOWS in Europe (at least! It took us to so many wrong places during this trip as well as last few years and there is apparently no wat out but to use WASE, Bing, etc. to triple check everything yet no garanties!). May be you can tell them about the issue since all the corrections we have sent apparently have not been followed!

The triple room size was very good, clean with air conditioning and a Smart TV. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the evening staff (sorry didn't get your name) and it was good to see 24 hours staff presence with a bar service available in the foyer. Breakfast was a continental style, with plenty available. Although this is rated as a 2 Star, it would meet, if not beat, many 3 star hotels. There was a supermarket within 150m and at least 3 restaurants within easy walking distance. Proximity to Verona was very good. For those feeling adventurous, the Verona electric scooters (Bit, Dot or Lyme) are available locally.

I was genuinely impressed by the professional and warm service. The receptionist was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was just what we needed — clean, comfortable, and with a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and exceeded our expectations.

Even though the elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry our son in his wheelchair up the stairs, I’m not going to complain — everything else more than made up for that. Wow. Thank you!

We stayed 2 nights here with my brother. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus connection to city center is very good you have options 26 directly across the street but with less frequency , 13 6 minutes walk from hotel with more frequent. The room was equipped with all we need in the short stay. Breakfast was okay, typical Italian breakfast: croissants, bread types, hams, cheese and jams.

Minibar could be nice add up to the room. Coffee at the breakfast was not good quality, if you are in Italy you expect coffee to be good.

Clean room, nice and helpful staff. Close to the public transport connections and supermarket. Breakfast is quite good but only if you stay for a night or two. For longer stays (as in our case) I would prefer more breakfast options. There is a good choice of breakfast rolls though.
