The staff was very helpful, and the internet connection was excellent. The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child, very quiet, and overall comfortable. There are free parking spaces available near the hotel, as well as paid parking in the garage (around €10 per day). You can also buy bus tickets directly from the reception, which is convenient if you plan to use public transport.

The furniture is old, and the facilities have not been updated — everything looks like it's from the early 2000s. Breakfast was quite poor and repetitive. During our 3-day stay, we were served the same type of food, dessert, and juice every day. It would be nice if they could at least change the menu every two days.

A bright, spacious stay with amazing breakfast and lovely staff! The room was bigger than expected – bright, clean, and comfortable. Reception and housekeeping staff were genuinely lovely: friendly, polite, and always happy to help. The location was spot on for us – around a 30-minute walk to the Old Town, which felt like the perfect stroll after indulging in all the delicious Italian food 💚 Speaking of food.. the hotel breakfast was fantastic! A wide selection to suit all tastes and the coffee was absolutely exceptional. Would happily stay here again!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, with parking spaces (paid and unpaid). The service was on a high level, everyone was kind and helpful, spoke English well. Communication through Booking was complete and detailed. It was quiet at night, the air conditioning worked well, which is important if you are staying in the middle of summer. There is a small restaurant and bar in the lobby, and you can sit with a drink in an open garden at the back. Breakfast was ok, there was food and drinks for every taste. The price we rented the room for was very good. We stayed with our dog (a small one-time fee is paid) and when we arrived there was a bag of cookies for her, which was a sweet gesture. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to friends.

The hotel is not very close to the historic center if you want to walk. The fridge in the room was very small and barely worked. At the time we stayed, the temperature in Verona was 36C, so we needed cold drinks all the time.

I stayed in a triple room which was a great size. Lots of space. The hotel was on a bus route into Verona, to and from the train station and to and from lake garda which was very useful. Staff at the front desk were helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods on offer. Lidl supermarket was within walking distance and there was an excellent pub across the road with great vibes and good food.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed. It's a beautifully decorated hotel! The staff were very friendly at reception. My family has organised a surprise bottle of prosecco for my birthday, which the hotel put into an ice bucket with some snacks next to it, very well presented. The location is about 30 min walk into Verona centre and train station but there are plenty of bus routes to take you to where you need to go if you didn't fancy the walk.

A bit noisy from the rooms and corridors at night. One of the blinds in the room didn't stay shut, so I had to have it open at night. But it wasn't too much of a problem so I didn't let reception know. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Breakfast was good. Personals were helpful. Room was clean.

The second night we were there, it was a stormy night. In the morning we got some water leak in the room in the windowsill, even though the window was not opened. The third night we had some guy knocking loudly on our door at 3am, and he did that to all the other rooms on the same floor. We overheard that he lost his keys but we thought it was strange, because he tried to open our door when no one came to open the door for him. So we called the receptionist and reported it. We didn’t think he was a guest at the hotel, but someone drunk from outside trying to break into hotel rooms.

The room was lovely, once we'd been moved. We had a much older room with a shower over the bath when we first arrived but I asked if we could be moved to a room with a walk in shower as that's what I'd seen online. The lady on reception quickly changed our room for us without any hassle. We had to pay an extra €5 per person per night but it was well worth it for the better room and a walk in shower. Nice breakfast and attentive staff.

Location was a bit remote, I maybe should have realised but there wasn't much in the local vicinity. I knew we were out of the main town and would need to get a bus in to town but other than a mcdonalds across the road, limited on restaurants for the evening - the hotel restaurant seemed a bit fancy for us!

Economy room is very spacious yet in a retro style. If you are looking for something more modern (including bathroom) then book the Design Room. Nevertheless, Economy room is very spacious with a comfortable 2m x 2m double bed, comfortable mattress and a selection of three different types of pillows (upon request). Bathroom is large and spacious. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Buffet breakfast which meets all tastes, likes and standards. Best time to enjoy your breakfast is around 09:00 and 09:15 (less crowd). Staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating and always with a smile. Finally, the Spa is phenomenal. Small (if a couple or group of friends reserve the Spa for 2 hours of personal use well in advance - highly worth it) but offering a sauna, Turkish bath (Hamam), cold/warm waterfalls, jacuzzi and lounge chairs for relaxing.

Check in at 14:00 can take a bit longer than anticipated especially on a Sunday if there is only one staff member in attendance. Bathroom was missing a shower curtain.

Friendly and keen to help staff at front desk. Room was very big and very nice. We missed a piece of furniture like a wardrobe or cabinet to make it more home like and to fill the big room. Good beds (we slept very well) and a good breakfast. We had two good nights here and will come back.

The bar most of the times did not have staff so to order a few drinks took some time. Some staff gave very small drinks while other gave larger drinks. (No standard) We had dinner at the hotel and an older polite gentleman was doing all the tables alone. He seemed a little stressed. It took time to be served, but I could see it was not his fault at all. More staff should be in the restaurant at dinner time not just one. (I am sure there must have been a good reason for it but after all we (all the others in the restaurant) were guests too! The food was just OK.

The room was clean, tidy, and decorated in a modern style. The breakfast staff was extremely friendly, earning them a 5/5 rating. The hotel is well connected to the city center by bus lines 32 and 33. Tickets for the bus can be conveniently purchased via an app.

The mattress was firm, ideal for people over 100 kg, though the pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast itself could be improved, especially for vegetarians, as options were limited, including mainly corn, chickpeas, and tomatoes. I was able to get a soy milk cappuccino from the staff, which was appreciated, and there were also chia seeds and other grains available. .
