Everything! What a lovely hotel this is. Lucia on the front desk was friendly, helpful and professional. She gave us a map and advice of where to go, she made our stay easy. The area San Zeno we are in is one of the nicest neighbourhoods I’ve encountered. It is safe and has interesting buildings nearby too. Within 5 minutes we were at the beautiful square where there are many bars and beautiful restaurants. There is a great sense of community here. At night it is quiet too to sleep also. The main city is a 10 minute walk along the river and it’s a pleasant one too. The hotel is scrupulously clean and smart. The bed is comfortable and the walk in shower is amazing. Okay -reviews say there is no coffee or breakfast but literally round the corner there are many eateries to choose from. I will come back here time and time again. I believe it is value for money too and I totally recommend it 100%.

I wish we’d stayed longer

A nice modern hotel in a quiet area near the San Zeno basilica, ~10 minutes walk from the Castelvecchio museum and ~15 minutes on foot to reach the Arena. Very clean and nicely organized. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended!

As the hotel is located in a quiet street, one shouldn't expect an impressive window view

Stylish, modern, clean and a simple walk into the historic centre. As it was a Sunday we were able to park right outside, free of charge. ( Otherwise it is 1 euro per hour 8am - 8pm). The receptionist is helpful and friendly.

An otherwise pleasant stay was slightly let down by the facilities. We struggled to get hot water from the shower and the usb ports next to the beds didn't work. Tea or coffee making facilities would have been welcome, especially as breakfast isn't provided. The photos show a tea pot and cups, but there are none. There is however a small mini fridge with two small bottles of water which were welcome

Very clean and comfy, the bed was lovely and the location was pretty good near the main Suggs and only a 20 minute walk from the train station

The safe wouldn’t open which gave me a headache , luckily a staff member had a key so before I checked out I could get what was inside

I loved the local neighbourhood that was close by. Only 1 minute walk to local piazza with restaurants and cafes. It wasn’t touristy at all which I loved. Friendly host who was really helpful, very clean and tidy room with everything I needed and felt really safe. The tourist things were 20-30 minutes walk which was a really nice walk along the canal mainly.

When I booked this hotel on Booking.com the rate included a taxi transfer from the airport. I couldn’t organise this with the hotel as they knew nothing of it. I called Booking.com a rep said it would be investigated and get back to me he did not. Transfer cost 35 Euro each way. I shall be taking legal action for false advertising this price and deal, I expect a response ASAP as I have photographic evidence screen shot of the price with Taxi included

Reasonable price, welcomimg host, good location near the center, very close to a supermarket, and the parking is close by. Very clean. We did not try breakfast, but it looked very good! Baby friendly. Fantastic pizzeria by the river 5 minutes from the hotel. Very satisfied 👌

What a top notch apartment. It’s a great location and I could walk along the river to easily get to the castle, the center and all the sites. I enjoyed to quieter neighborhood and great selection of local and delicious restaurants close by and walkable. The owner and her mother are delightful and helpful. The room was perfect. I loved my stay here.

The lady who greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful, providing us with a map of the area and suggestions of where we should visit. The room was clean and tidy. The location is good, in a quiet area but only a short walk to a square with restaurants and a 15 minute walk into the city centre.

Very nice place to stay at during a short visit to Verona. Very clean, quiet. Nicely renovated and decorated. Nice, quiet area. We drove to the center. The property does not serve breakfast, but there are nice caffees nearby.
