The hotel is located quite close to the central station of Verona and you can reach the old city center by foot. The staff was extremely kind and friendly throughout our stay. The room is big and quite clean. The breakfast was varied and very good.

The appearance of the room is deplorable. The furniture is old, the floor is scratched. The ceiling in the bathroom is chipped and cracked, the shower cabin is old and its doors do not close properly. We did not find shampoo or shower gel in the room. We had to go and ask for them at the reception. It would be good to consider a renovation of the rooms.

Very clean, large room, good breakfast, nice bar in the lobby with complimentary snacks at dinner time. No restaurant for evening meals so no option to eat at the hotel. It was a long walk to the centre of Verona given the heat but at other times of the year it probably wouldn’t be so bad. Close to bus stop and you can buy bus tickets at reception

Very dated rooms but nice public areas, not enough storage in the rooms, bathroom drains smelt awful, shower water ran into the bathroom so we had to stand in the corner of the shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. Staff were a bit hit and miss, we all commented that we felt like a bit of an inconvenience.

We stayed in the room for the one night and for that purpose it was great. Hotel has an underground parking which is very convenient if you drive. The bathroom was of decent size and really good quality (it seems that this is a standard across Italy). The breakfast was OK, but nothing too spectacular. It is a bit far from the town centre but it still reachable by foot in around 20 minutes and the walk has nice views. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The room had around 8 pillows in it. Its nice to have a choice but that number is a bit over the top,

The staff is very professional. The underground parking, especially so close to the historical city centre, is a fantastic convenience. The bed was comfortable and there also was a conveniently placed, highly usable desk, which is rare. Overall the room was quite spacious.

The hotel is a bit old, which does take some of its glamour away. The bathroom in our room seemed to be adapted for people with disabilities, but in reality it was made really uncomfortable (and i'm not exactly sure the design works as intended). The absolute worst thing was the smoke detector directly above our bed, which flashed a bright green light every 7 or 8 seconds, giving a unique experience of falling asleep in an alien-like thunderstorm.

The breakfast absolutely wonderful. A variety of pastries, breads and spreads. The coffee machine was working overtime and seemed a bit tired at times, though. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got a everything I needed to know.

The view from the hotel window wasn't anything to write home about but I was okay with that. The shower sliding door was old and I needed to use force to close it. The toilet brush wasn't screwed in and was replaced only on my last night.

The room is quite nice, I maybe missed a bathtub, but the shower is excellent. The cleanliness is excellent in all areas, hallways, the bedroom, everything. The staff up in the reception are super friendly and nice. The breakfast could be better, the scrambled eggs weren't that nice, but the bread, the bacon, the suits are good. I do recommend totally the stay on this hotel!! The parking option is great, the car space is excellent and nobody needs to squeeze between cars, are there is plenty of space for maneuver. Got here one of the best Aperol Spritz in my life in the bar on the corner.

Scramble eggs are not so good

We got a free upgrade for a suite. Really big room and comfortable. But you can see that the hotel (as well as the furniture, etc.) is old. Location is quite good, not totally central but just a 10-15min walk. There are some restaurants in the area. Free parking straight at the hotel. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast room seems to be a bit small for the possible amount of guests (although theres a balcony that can be used in summer months).

The hotel is pet friendly. There is the bowl of water and the free treats for pets in the lobby. The hotel doesn't charge anything extra for the dog. There is the dog's little park kust about 200-250m North from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable and big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The underground parking (which is also included in the price) is spacious and has the easy drive in/out. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel is located about 25-30 minutes walk from the Arena (the historic heart of Verona).

Everything. Very friendly staff, very clean. Big rooms, the AC is great. Very classy. The bathroom was so nice and very well equipped. The free parking was great and it was an underground parking which was a big plus. In front of the hotel is the bus station that takes you in 22 minutes to the city center.

The breakfast could have had a more diversified menu and with more italian specific products.

An excellent quality hotel. The secure underground parking was excellent, although a little tight going in and out of the ramp. The room was large and had all we needed. The staff were ultra helpful and explained all we needed with a detailed map. The breakfast room gave the option of eating inside or out and had a good choice of food.

We loved the location as my wife and I enjoy walking, but it did take 20 min plus to walk into the centre - so others may want something closer.
