Location is ok a 30 min walk to the centre of Verona but buses are unreliable two went past and didn’t stop so we had to rely on taxi to get to airport and train and bus station . The hotel is lovely very clean and staff willing to help . The breakfast was really good and plenty full but no gluten free options . But overall ok

No coffee facilities in room nor iron which is unusual for an4 star. The cleaning excellent but the bed as hard as rocks the pillows flat . The buses unreliable we were passed by two and didn’t stop so had to rely on taxis for airport and train st. A 30 minute walk to centre of town . The price a little high considering the basic room we were charged for little bottles of water as well which I think 🤔 a little cheeky considering you can get it free at breakfast .

Out of all the places I stayed during my trip, Hotel Palace Verona was hands down the best! The location is incredible – quiet, convenient, and perfectly situated for exploring everything Verona has to offer. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. What I loved most was the sense of independence – it felt like having my own little apartment in Verona rather than just a hotel room. That added touch of comfort and privacy made all the difference. Verona has officially become my favourite city in Italy. One tip I absolutely recommend: rent a scooter and ride around – it’s the best way to experience the charm of this beautiful city up close and at your own pace. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Palace Verona for making this such a memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

The accommodation served its purpose, especially the very nice staff at the reception! The breakfast was excellent. The parking is great, which is under the hotel and is connected directly to the hotel by an elevator. The entrance hall is beautiful, there is a possibility to sit there.

The rooms are smaller than I expected, but they have everything you need - Four-star hotel... Everything was clean, but some parts of the facilities are older. For example, the bathroom. It feels uncomfortable. The very small and low elevators are depressing. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Verona - the surroundings do not look exactly idyllic. It is not bad for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel is located quite close to the central station of Verona and you can reach the old city center by foot. The staff was extremely kind and friendly throughout our stay. The room is big and quite clean. The breakfast was varied and very good.

The appearance of the room is deplorable. The furniture is old, the floor is scratched. The ceiling in the bathroom is chipped and cracked, the shower cabin is old and its doors do not close properly. We did not find shampoo or shower gel in the room. We had to go and ask for them at the reception. It would be good to consider a renovation of the rooms.

We stayed in the room for the one night and for that purpose it was great. Hotel has an underground parking which is very convenient if you drive. The bathroom was of decent size and really good quality (it seems that this is a standard across Italy). The breakfast was OK, but nothing too spectacular. It is a bit far from the town centre but it still reachable by foot in around 20 minutes and the walk has nice views. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The room had around 8 pillows in it. Its nice to have a choice but that number is a bit over the top,

Very clean, large room, good breakfast, nice bar in the lobby with complimentary snacks at dinner time. No restaurant for evening meals so no option to eat at the hotel. It was a long walk to the centre of Verona given the heat but at other times of the year it probably wouldn’t be so bad. Close to bus stop and you can buy bus tickets at reception

Very dated rooms but nice public areas, not enough storage in the rooms, bathroom drains smelt awful, shower water ran into the bathroom so we had to stand in the corner of the shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. Staff were a bit hit and miss, we all commented that we felt like a bit of an inconvenience.

The room was clean, AC did work fine. We had a good sleep. Dog are free of charge, it is exceptional :) we had no problem with finding parking space in the garage underground but we did arrive early during the day so it may be different late evening. Considering no additonal fee for a dog, garage and breakfast, it is good value for the price.

It would be nice to have more vegetables for breakfast, and scrambled eggs was not tasty. But it was enough to compose good breakfast.

The staff is very professional. The underground parking, especially so close to the historical city centre, is a fantastic convenience. The bed was comfortable and there also was a conveniently placed, highly usable desk, which is rare. Overall the room was quite spacious.

The hotel is a bit old, which does take some of its glamour away. The bathroom in our room seemed to be adapted for people with disabilities, but in reality it was made really uncomfortable (and i'm not exactly sure the design works as intended). The absolute worst thing was the smoke detector directly above our bed, which flashed a bright green light every 7 or 8 seconds, giving a unique experience of falling asleep in an alien-like thunderstorm.

Very comfortable bed, nice big shower, cleaning daily. Breakfast buffet was a big selection catering for many tastes, one of the better choices I've had in hotels over the last few years.

There's not much to criticise. I'm not sure if there was an option to have coffee or other drinks from the hotel bar in the lobby area during the daytime. I know there was in the evening. If there was that option I unfortunately missed it.

The room was ok, beds comfortable. There is a free parking where you can leave your car a bit longer than your stay. There is a bus stop couple of steps from the hotel where you can catch a bus going to Arena. The Reception staff is very nice and helpful.

The bathroom needs renovating. The fungus setting in. Breakfast generally ok but it would’ve been nice to have some fresh bread instead of toasts and more choice of hot food.
