Location and room was great. Very clean. Staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful. The location of the beach ⛱️ is very nice and close to the hotel. Also the shops are at walking distance along with train station 🚉. Overall a very good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was also very nice with options for vegetarian.

Restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner specially on Easter Sunday evening. No coffee or tea in room. No room service 😞

The staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the two ladies serving breakfast. Always smiling and happy! And the breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The girls in reception were really nice and helpful, and sorted out a new room for me as I had trouble sleeping due to the noice of the trains. So I would recommend guests to book rooms on the side of the hotel facing the sea.

The only downfall was the closeness to the railway, which made it impossible to sleep in my first room, which was located at the back of the hotel. I was lucky to be given a new room, but I find it a bit odd that they have rooms so close to the railway.

Hotel building was relativly new. Rooms are large and light. The spa solution was interesting and worth trying. Spa treatments are nice. Walking distance from stazions nd city centre.

Breakfast was not working well. Some changes should be done. Some materials at the hotel cause problems. Beach area close to the hotel is not the most beautiful. Trains can be heard.

Charming hotel, you can look out and watch the sea from your bed, with no busy road in between. The room was minimal and well-designed, very clean, with no frills—simple, tasteful and perfect location with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was welcoming. Never made it to the spa, but nice that you can reserve it for yourself. Lovely, small town to stop in.

Although a large variety of cakes at breakfast, Fresh-cut fruit would have been an excellent addition.

Very comfortable room. Our view was to the courtyard, railway lines, but it was quite comfortable and we didn't suffer from noise that I've seen in other reviews. We would stay here again.

the hotel is directly on the beach & our room had a great view of the beach. The breakfast was good with a a good selection, however the electonic light switches & airconditioning controls were confusing

The property was outstanding. Beautiful facility in a superb location. The staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond to assure everything was to our satisfaction.

Room outside of the hotel close to the entrance--> everybody can see inside (no intemacy if chutters not closed). Noisy due to railway. Dark, because chutters closed all day long.

The staff was great, especially Marco. The breakfast was decent and the hotel was always very clean

We had problems with the hot water. Unfortunately there was none, and had to shower in very lukewarm water. The problem was not fixed, and as an apology, the hotel deducted 35£ from our total bill.

the hotel was very nice and in front of the seaside, hotel was very nice and clean and breakfast was full and good.

it was on the depandance so need to go out for breakfast and spa.
