Hello, It was a great experience for me. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I only had problems with the wifi, but Ahiman, one of the hotel staff, helped me a lot with this. I had booked a king room, but when I wanted to change my room due to wifi, they transferred me to a higher level room without charging a fee. The hotel is generally very clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to public transportation and also has a parking lot for those with a vehicle. It was a good experience overall. I would like to thank Ahiman very much. I recommend the hotel to everyone.

Everything was fine. However, it would be nice if the internet speed was higher.

Always accommodating staff. However, they do not have technical employees on staff during the weekend if something happens to the TV etc. I have only had one experience like that in almost 30 stays. Just a bit frustrating trying to figure out for yourself. Luckily I’m somewhat savvy from a technological standpoint and could fix myself but a day went by without use of the tv.

Rates have increased by 8~15% based on how far out you book. They are renovating/updating which is nice but seems all the extra $ is only for new paint at this point. Maybe new mattresses but they seem the same as they have been for the previous stays I have had there over the past 2 years.

There were no roaches or bed bugs and that’s like my biggest fear, so you already won in that regard. The room was also clean and well made when we got in. This is my second year staying here and both times have been good on that front. And the price can’t be beat.

The bed sucks but for $70 a night idk what I expected. Do be aware that despite the motel being only 20 miles away from the city, it’s gonna take you like an hour and a half to get down there, so just plan around that.

There was a couple of things I would like to mention. In the room I was assigned to in bathroom the shower head 🚿 dose not move around. It is difficult to be in the shower adjusting the water temperature without moving the shower head. The other thing is, when a reservation is made is it possible to request what which floor is available that the units are available.

Coffee available at 6 am. HBO channels were great. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Only coffee available in the morning. No breakfast available even though they had a great area to offer something. Website used Covid 19 as an excuse to not offer anything.

Staff is very polite and nice! Size of the room is great. Room was very clean. Every day they clean it, change towels, clean garbage!

Laundry room is too small. They dont give you shampoo and bath shower in bathroom.

That the front desk staff will not accept my identification, he felt it as discrimination and racism, since in other hotels they have never told me that my identification is not useful, it is the same one that I use everywhere, if it were not that I went with my wife and family, that I have Illinois license was not possible our stay there 😢😢 I hope they improve this type of situation or that at least on their online page or website they put the notice that Mexican ID is not accepted before booking there from then on everything clean thanks to the cleaning staff Nelly López 💝💪🙏

The room was clean and everything was close by.

I didn’t like that there were men trying to see what we had in the rooms and one even trying to get in.

The staff was very accommodating during late hours

If coffee and tea could be available right a check out that would be nice, but I understand they have to clean up.
