The location was very good for us and easy to drive to. We need handicap parking and we always found a space. The luggage carts are big, nice and drive fairly smooth. The elevator works smoothly without creaking noises and doesn't smell weird. Overall hotel looked clean and plenty of hot water for showers.

Rooms need electric outlets on each wall next to the beds. Just having plugs on the night table between beds is never enough.

Breakfast was great-the best motel breakfast I’ve had ever. excellent scrambled eggs, great biscuits, mini scones, choice of fruits, multiple choices. Appreciated the grab bar in the shower/tub and night light in the bathroom. plenty of spaces to open luggage(besides the floor) room and bathroom were very clean and attractive. quiet-no road noise or noise in the halls.

Very nice room and a wonderful breakfast

I asked to pay when I arrived however the charge was attempted in the middle of the night and my card was locked which resulted in my original reservation being cancelled after having the reservation for over a month. I had to call and get my rooms rebooked the next morning. The lady was helpful that helped me get rebooked

Breakfast had all the bells and whistles. Even shredded cheese for the eggs. Haven’t seen that in awhile at the other Hamptons we have stayed at Didn’t get to enjoy a waffle this time though my fault for not realizing on weekdays it’s only till 9am and we didn’t get down to breakfast until about 8:45. I will say though everything we did have was full, hot and still fresh and ready as if 20 people would have been with us

It’s about 20 minutes north of Winstar. It was worth the extra 10-15 minutes to stay north of Winstar. The refrigerator was bigger than expected. The breakfast was great. Check out Lake Murray while you are there.

The bathroom door slides like a barn door and when opened, it covers up the closet. I almost left my clothes I had hanging in the closet.

Had a lot of choices. Especially all the topping. Biscuits were wonderful but the sausage gravy was gross. Looked gray and had no flavor which is how I know the biscuits were wonderful.

Sausage gravy was gross you need a new vendor. The gravy should be white not gray!!

Breakfast could stay open till 10am. Since checkout is 11am, gives a chance to have breakfast before leaving….

Needed an update. Shower was less than desirable. Floor entry to it was cracked and the shower curtain was useless. Bad design. Lighting is always less than optimal in the rooms.

Both room got upgraded to luxury suites at no extra charge. Remainder of our stay was great.

The door to room 400 sticks but it wasn’t an inconvenience just a slight bother.

We unexpectedly were traveling in the evening, and it was nice to be able to get a room that was nice as was the staff.

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain.
