Thank you for a great stay. Patrick was the pleasant and helpful face behind the counter when we arrived. He went the extra mile to recommend some local stores to help keep my service dog's paws from burning on the hot pavement. So special thanks to him and keep up the great work. All of the staff encounters were cheerful and wonderful. The place was extremely clean, had great water pressure in the shower, and mini fridge cooled our drinks quickly. Being from PA and traveling to TX, we were trying to stay hydrated with cool drinks and the mini fridge was an extra bonus. I have had bad experiences traveling with my service dog just a few months ago. So, THANK YOU so much for understanding my health need to have her with me and not giving me any problems. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great experience while traveling. We will be using this place again next time traveling. Thank you for being Service Dog friendly!!!

Owen was friendly and very personable. Always had a smile,in a good mood and great conversation . Put me in a good mood. A great example of how we should treat each other.

The bar closed at 11 pm on a Saturday night. We chose this specific hotel to be able to relax after a long day of work that ended at 11pm. Lol! I would still rebook a stay here because of Owen and the other staff at the front desk .

Super that it is attached to the Convention Center. Quite a time-saver with needed clothing changes. We also loved having electric outlets everywhere in the room!

With a shower nozzle higher than I can reach to adjust, it would be handy to have a simple shower cap to compensate! I don't always have time to wash & style my hair. The sink is also extraordinarily high. How can children even brush their teeth?

We was in town visiting and had a wreck, got the room last minute. The staff was so understanding and accommodating! Room was wonderful!

I like how the bar and grill was connected to the hotel and the food was great.

Nothing everything was great for the price you pay.

The location itself is very good and it’s closer to many shops and restaurants.

The only thing I don’t like is the refrigerator we have in in the room. I have to call to fix it. And the check ins is a little bit too late 4:00 although I send a request form to check in to the time frame that I ask.

Our room faced the front of the building and the name sign was outside our window. It was so bright it was like daylight in the night! And the curtains did not close!
