we usually stay here when we go to winstar for concert. Staff are always great. Coffee was great. Waffle maker a bonus. I repeat the staff are always helpful and kind. It has always been a safe place to stay which is why we usually return.

Place is looking a bit tired. The bleach clashing with chemical smell is often present near elevator entrance. Weird colored grout in shower.Parking lot bright lights not a fan. Fridge in room was not working well...put stuff in it came back 2 hours later and it was warm. SO pulled fridge forward to allow air circulation and it improved the fridge's function. many hotel fridges have this problem.

I like the ease of finding the hotel, the location, is very convenient, several other places to eat, so close you could walk, adding to your experience. Noticed more than one group having parties, the acoustics are great, they can enjoy their occasions without disturbing yours. Friendly atmosphere. The suites are perfect, beautiful layout, haven't seen one like this before, actually, more than one person could live in this place comfortably, for a long stay. And then add in the experienced and caring staff, but then you realize, "Oh, this is "Marriot", that's old-school training and care, with worker promotions, and livelihood...okay, then you understand, of course they are vested in treating you well, they work for this company." But it's nice to feel this love and quality of service, priceless, rare find today.

We have stayed in several hotels in the same town. This was our first time staying at this hotel. My first impression was how clean it appeared and smelled upon arrival. I know every hotel is short-staffed right now, and this was the first hotel in many stays where our room was ready at the check-in time. Our house keeper Shannon even left a pleasant welcome note for us on the desk notepad. The management (I unfortunately did not get her name) was outstanding as well. We had a great time with our kids in the pool (first indoor hotel pool that wasn’t freezing cold!). The mattresses were comfortable and the room was very clean. Always comforting to see a hotel couch has been vacuumed. It was also a nice touch to have a charcoal grill complete with charcoal on the back patio. We didn’t use it, but it was thoughtful. I saw a lot of hard working staff who actively kept the hotel running great.

I guess the only downside were the pillows. They really are not much of a pillow at all. The building and fixtures itself are a little aged (example being the caulking deteriorating in the shower/tub).

The facility was super clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was a suite, two beds, two closets, great sitting/office area. the entire suite was well designed and laid out well. The price was about 1/3 of what I would have expected to pay in a different area.

The TV initially didn't work (couldnt connect). We were offered a different room by a very nice staff member. We decided to just sleep but I eventually messed with it enough to get it to work. Lastly the water pressure was a bit low in the shower, not so much that I didn't feel clean but not the skin stinging spray (try saying that 3 times fast) I enjoy.

My family liked it. I never went down for breakfast.

I did not like the little lip going from the room to the bathroom in a wheelchair. Also I was not able to shut the door in the bathroom in a wheelchair. The bathroom was not made very functional for a wheelchair. The toilet was not in a good spot. The elevator was not working on the floor we were staying on Saturday. You could go from the 2nd floor to the first floor. But going up the elevator would not stop at the 2 nd floor therefore I could not get out of my room after we came in about 3:00. My family did not want to leave me in the room. I am in a wheelchair so therefore could not walk down the stairs from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor. We left the next morning and the elevator was fixed.

This was a fantastic place to stay.

I liked everything about this place. The breakfast was amazing, the room was fantastic, the heating and cooling system was top-notch. I didn't take a shower so I can't comment on water pressure. I took a bath and that was fine. The room was huge. The only problem is that booking.com listed this as having a smoking preference room and that was my preference. But it is a smoke-free hotel. Someone needs to update the listing.

I didn’t have breakfast but the coffee was very good from the breakfast area.

I didn’t like the fact that when I got there, not my credit card but booking.coms credit card was declined. I didn’t get into my room for an hour an a half. I was tired and ready to go straight to my room. I would appreciate it if you could speed up process of your card being declined, in fact I don’t know that I will be using booking any longer.

Loved the proximity right off the interstate --could not hear any road noise. Wonderful breakfast area and I was so happy to see that hotel offered pour pitcher of half and half for the coffee and not powedered creamer or the annoying little packs. Friendly staff. Great walkability to Carter's Sports Bar for dinner. We had a King Suite with a fabulous bed Beautyrest Recharge. I thought the hotel had been recently remodeled. However, according to the front desk, not the case. This is a testatment to a great staff.

There wasn't anything unsatisfactory.

Quiet, staff was great! Ms. Tena & Gabbie were awesome! Basically everyone was great...I just didn't get everyone's name. The rooms could use alil touch up on maintenance side, but for the most part, no complaints. The pool and hot tub were AMAZING 😍. Beds and pillows were comfy... Shower head was wonderful Definitely would come back!

Just lil small things, but I'm OCD, so I will notice every little detail. Overall if it was something major I would have told them, if it wasn't I just fixed myself or just looked past it.

Nice public spaces, spacious room, really loved having the sink outside of the bathroom for getting ready, good breakfast, very friendly staff.

Our room smelled a little like cabbage, it was odd but no issues. Mattress could’ve been cleaner but sheets were good and no bugs.
