Great location, calm but walkable to the center. Good view of the caldera and sunset, a crucial perk in Santorini. Great hosts who accomodate need, explain the island well and can help finding activities. Breakfast (although not included in the price) is very convenient and served in the room. Charming small hotel with nice small pool.

Curtainless showers get water all over the toilet. Breakfast is good and convenient but not outstanding in its contents. Appropriate for the price range.

Lovely clean and comfortable room, nicely decorated and with large balcony with table & chairs plus sunlounges. Pool was great after a hot day sight-seeing and roof top terrace a great spot for watching the sunset.Easy access from rear of property to a nice 15-20 min walk along the cliff top to Fira. Nikolina was very welcoming with lots of useful information about visiting different parts of Santorini by public bus and doing the spectacular coastal walk to Oia. Aktaion Taverna 5 mins away was a lovely restaurant with delicious home style food.

We loved everything about this hotel!! Great, central location, extremely clean, service that went above and beyond with such a friendly and gracious attitude, and great value. We were welcomed personally with a homemade drink and snack and a comprehensive overview of the property and the island - we instantly felt so at home! (And their restaurant recommendations were great - we especially enjoyed the Taverna Romantica). Do NOT miss the breakfast option! It was a great value at 10 euros per person and absolutely delicious. Plus, eating it on your private patio in the early morning was a true delight. The rooftop balcony at night was also lovely, with nice views including the famous Santorini sunset. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to fellow travelers!!

The air conditioner struggled a bit to keep up but it was still adequately comfortable

Large very clean studio with excellent facilities. Comfortable bed, air con and tv with bbc news. Small terrace overlooking the pathway from Thira. Very quiet especially with the windows closed as they provide soundproofing. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Would happily return as location spot on

We particularly liked the location. Main road access but our room went straight out to a lane and was still very private. Balcony upstairs for watching sunset, pool was private. Property JUST above where everything started, shops restaurants. Perfect. Definitely recommended.

There was nothing not to like except as with so many of these hot climate places we struggled to get the indoor temp perfect. 🤦‍♀️

We liked the fantastic location ( a view to the caldera from an open top roof platform, close to many cafes, restaurants, mini markets, shops and Fira, but at the same time quiet and cosy) good breakfast for 10 EUR, friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable bed.

The room layout allowed to access the bed from only one side. However, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable.

This is a family run business with Nikolina being the main contact at the Hotel. We were greeted by George on our arrival at the Hotel (Nikolina organised our transfer from the airport to hotel). We sat down at a table and were offered a drink and a delicious snack. He ran through our location and things of interest close by and offered us any assistance required to book restaurants etc. We would not hesitate in recommending this small run family Hotel to anyone staying in Santorini. It was a great location.

Beautiful little hotel right in the heart of Firostefani (10 min walk into lively Fira). Lots of little shops/restaurants right nearby. Perfect location as not in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Fira. Spotlessly clean. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff that can’t do enough for you. Cute little pool which was perfect for a quick dip if you had a couple of hours around the pool. Perfect small rooftop seating area to watch the sunset.

Brilliant from start to finish, we did not arrive until 10:30 p.m. and were met by one of the owners who checked us in and arranged a meeting for the next morning to give us a run down on the hotel, surroundings, restaurants, trips etc.... Great location, very very comfortable room, great value and quality breakfast. Loads of restaurants basically on the back door step as well as a shop and the hotel is only a few minutes beautiful walk to the centre of Firo if you want to go there.

Nothing at all

Very lovely staff who gave a warm welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations and booking airport transfers and tours. My room had a view of the pool but absolutely loved going to the rooftop for a quiet moment to admire the beautiful views of the Caldera. Location was also excellent with Firostefani right outside the gate and direct pathways to Fira or the hike to Oia.
