The facilities are great, deserving a 5 star rate: great different pools, great room that included doors that separated the sofa bed and main bed, so the kids and parents could have their own privacy. Both a bathtub and a shower, as well as a big balcony with a bed outside. Elevator to access higher floors with strollers or wheelchairs. The entertainment was also fantastic, special mention to Dominika and Bruna. They learnt the names of the guests, made every night a big effort to amaze everyone and have fun, both for kids and adults. Having the mini market inside is useful. The beach has the best sunset!

While the facilities were 5 star, the food was barely a 3 star. Quality was poor, not a big offer either. The service was also not great, both for waiters and reception staff. While they do something if you ask for it, they are just not attentive or proactive. Our room was also not cleaned one of the days. The beach is ok but quite windy and wavy.

We stayed as a family of 6 adults for five days. We were surprised by the hotel! A beautiful and well-kept hotel, very clean, excellent service, the food was great, very varied and fresh, the sous chef was very helpful, and despite kosher restrictions, we were able to find plenty of vegetarian food, I would also like to mention the kind service of the reception staff, the lovely Helen, and Petma Mashrut The customers, all the kind waiters in the dining room, Sofia, Michaela and of course Albina, our chambermaid.. Highly recommend!!!

Staff truly excellent - very warm, friendly and service orientated. Food very good without being outstanding - but it is an all inclusive which makes that quite challenging. Loved the ability to make it more an adults-only holiday and steer clear of the entertainment / family activities with the fabulous adult bar just off main reception on a beautiful terrace, as well as the adult pool and pool bar.

Housekeeping for some odd reason slow and skipped a few days, didn't respond to requests to clean the room. Maybe a communication problem because otherwise the staff were truly wonderful. And once we remarked on it they fixed straight away.

It's a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and great staff. I want to thank Fatma our guest relation manager for helping us with everything we needed. We came early and while waiting for our room we could use all the facilities including a rich breakfast. The food was good and had everything you needed. The beach was calm and had a great cool breeze. It' has some small rocks so take a sea shoe with you. After a few meters of rocks it's all sand.. but that was our favorite spot. The Beach bard had some drinks and it was chill. There is an adult pool which is a plus if you want to stay away from children and the crowd.

The bartender at the lobby bar was rude. But she was the only one who was rude and impolite. All the other staff were really nice and helpful.

The hotel exceeded all expectations with its incredible amenities and the staff provided a fantastic experience. The occasion was truly special as I proposed to my partner. From the beginning to the end, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, and I couldn't have asked for more. I must mention Fatma, who was an absolute delight. She was always available to assist and there was never a request too difficult for her. She flawlessly organized the proposal, which left us breathless. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

My stay at the Hotel Pelagos in Kos was entirely positive and exceeded all my expectations. From arrival to departure everything was perfectly organized and all the staff were extremely professional and friendly. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. They were thoroughly cleaned every day and the facilities left nothing to be desired. The view from the room balcony of the gardens, the pool and the pool bar were great. The culinary offerings at Hotel Pelagos are very good. The buffet offers a diverse selection of fresh and delicious food, including both international and local Greek specialties. The gardens are lovingly landscaped and very well maintained. The pool areas are spacious and invite you to relax. There are plenty of loungers and even “chilled” seating options where you can sit with your feet in the water in the bar area. To get to the beach you have to cross a street. However, it is hardly used. This side of Kos is a bit windy. You can see beautiful water waves and hear the wonderful sound of the sea. The hotel has its own beach area with free loungers, drinks and changing rooms. A special thank you goes to the guest relations manager Fatma. With her warm and courteous manner she really made my stay unforgettable. Especially on the day of check-in. Thank you!!! Her EMPATHY, kindness, professionalism and FLEXIBLE THINKING are exceptional. I can recommend the Hotel Pelagos without any reservations.

Everything was brilliant! The place was fab and neat, the room was quiet, bed was comfortable. We had two balconies, the bedroom was separate from the sitting area, two TV and 2 showers. Pool was relaxing and neat. Great for families with little kids. Their private beach was pristine. Food was delicious.

The Spa area charges 20€ per person for the use of indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Their spa is underwhelming. Not worth the price as they have 5 lovely outdoor pools. It should have been complimentary especially for a 5-star hotel. TV should have netflix installed, although they have HDMI cable.

The hotel is beautiful, complimented by a great entertainment team and hotel staff.

Our room was left uncleaned for 4 days with our fresh towels left on the floor outside - I believe this may due to our electric card room card reader being broken and us having to use a physical key - reception were notified.

The hotel was excellent for our family group of 11 people. The little ones enjoy swimming and miniclub activities. Full broad worked well and food was tasty. Special thanks to the entertainmet team! Their evening performances were great . Many thanks to the hotel for kindly changing one room free of charge.

Pelagos Hotel is an amazing hotel. Every details are selected carefully. Staff, foods, facilility are flawless. We would like to thank Pavlina, Mikel and Marina, who made our holiday beautiful with their service and smiling faces in the restaurant. Also, Vagilis, who works at the bar by the sea, definitely deserves acknowledgment for his pleasant conversation and great cocktails. Finally, the customer relations manager, Fatma! You are amazing.
