The rooms are spacious and well-insulated, ensuring you don't hear your neighbors. The breakfast is excellent, featuring a buffet with additional items available for order from the menu. The pool area is also impressive; it is cleaned thoroughly every morning and maintained to a high standard. Also great and very friendly staff members. Definitve a visit worth!

For a five-star hotel with its own beachfront, it was disappointing to see how dirty and poorly maintained the beach area was. There were bottles and glasses left behind, ashtrays full of cigarettes that hadn't been emptied, and the sand littered with garbage. At a minimum, the beach should be cleaned at least twice a week. In contrast, a 10-minute walk towards Kos city revealed beautiful, clean beaches maintained by other hotels. Additionally, the prices at the hotel's restaurant and its mini-market were, in my opinion, quite unreasonable.

The location and the accommodation was great. Bar staff great as was the older gentleman who was working behind reception upon check in.

One of the female receptionists came across as impolite on more than one occasion - not only to myself but to others. She had dark brunette/black hair. Needs to be retrained for front of house as she is letting the team down when it comes to being accommodating towards guests. Otherwise, everybody else was polite, warm and friendly.

Excellent facility, wonderful rooms, lots of privacy, fantastic service ( front desk, cleaning, ground keeping and restaurant staff). Private beach, good bar and excellent food (we had half board, dinner with a restaurant quality service and food). A nice bar and a beach cocktail service.

Location has its disadvantages. Not easy to go to town or come back (taxis are not available in peak hours and busses are few and don't run late). Evening entertainment could be better and more engaging. Just having a DJ 3 nights a week isn't much. Bar and food prices are a bit high.

The pool size is awesome. Rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant is of good quality. Ideal place for a good run by the sea.

The sun umbrella on the beach need to be repaired / changed. The one in the swimming pool should be larger. The breakfast music should be a relaxing music. Room service should be done twice a day.

The property was clean in a great location with a private beach. The swimming pools and sun lounge areas were amazing.

The luggage room and showers for checked out guests is not a secure area. So anyone can have access. The beach and pool area could do with more staff taking drinks in a more regular way. Would be great to have water in the room every day.

Brilliant hotel with great service! They upgraded us to a superior room due to our anniversary! Room and terrace were gorgeous! Lovely hotel with great facilities! Huge pool! Less than 10 mins in a taxi to Kos Town. Amazing breakfast!

Could not find fault with this hotel

This property was absolutely stunning. The staff couldn’t be more attentive, nothing was out of their reach. The staff work tirelessly morning noon and night. The property was so clean and stunning views. Upon arrival we got upgraded it was my birthday and there was an availability to upgrade.

- loud music in bar area until 11pm made it hard to sleep on certain nights - dinner food was not of the same quality as breakfast - water was very expensive at property with no daily refills of complimentary water

I could say that our stay at this hotel really exceeded our expectations, I’m rarely satisfied with hotels as to rate it with 10, but this is the case. Excellent service and staff, design of the hotel is an aesthetics for your eyes, tasty food and drinks. Would love to come here again.

It’s just my suggestion about refilling drinking water in the room while making it up, so that you don’t have to buy it. Not a big deal but nice for the guests

Everything! It was quiet, the room was lovely, the pools were great, the staff were helpful. It wasn’t too far from Kos town.

The on site shop didn’t have cold drinks and was only open until 4pm and not open on a Sunday.
