We stayed for 6 days in October and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool from terrace. The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. There was a wide variety of high-quality food available, and every evening featured indoor entertainment and a mini club for the kids. Despite it being late October, the weather was pleasant, with temperatures reaching up to 25°C. While the pool area was warm, the outdoor pools were a bit cold. However, children are allowed in the indoor, heated spa pool daily from 1-3 PM, which was a great option for families. We will come back next year in September to enjoy it to the utmost.

We had an amazing time here! It’s a lovely hotel but the staff really make the place. They are all so friendly and helpful. It’s impossible to overstate how great they were: from the animation team, to the cleaning staff, the waiters, the reception staff and the restaurant management. I have a gluten allergy and they were so accommodating. I could choose from a range of gluten free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including crepes, pancakes, pizza and pasta. They also catered for vegetarians really well and the food was generally excellent. High quality and plenty of choice. The activities were good - not too much but enough to keep you entertained. And there’s tennis, climbing, Mini golf etc. It’s large with many many guests but never felt too busy and crowded. We all had a blast and would 100% come back. If you’re debating booking this place then do not hesitate!

Verity and selection of food was also ✅ Hotel is really great. A lot of games in the territory of the hotel. The island overall is abandoned, there is nothing interesting to do. So we spent the whole week in the hotel. We really liked the pools 👍

The helpfulness and friendliness of the hotel staff. The modernity of the facility. Direct pool access from the balcony in some rooms, and the quality of the food. The performances at the amphitheater were also nice.

It's a summer location, surrounded by nature. There were ants inside the small complimentary cake placed in the room. One morning, I even found ants on my pillow when I woke up. I recorded this situation on camera when I was leaving and shared it with the hotel staff at the reception. While this isn't a big issue for me, it could be a problem for some of your other customers. I wouldn't want this beautiful facility to receive a lower rating because of it.

We liked the friendly and attentive staff, the complimentary upgrade to a spacious 2 bedroom suite (cleaned daily) with comfy beds, rainforest shower, and a huge balcony with amazing views from the sea to the mountains as well as the free entertainment and activities, especially the Greek night, Celtic night and Light show, stargazing and rock-climbing.

We see improvement opportunities with the variety and quality of food and drinks served at the main restaurant as well as the variety of things offered at the hotel shop. The isolated location and the small pebble beach should also be mentioned here, but we appreciate that these things can't be changed.

We arrived very late at night . We were greeted with a huge welcome & they gave us a bag with fresh sandwiches & fruit. We had a sharing pool room which was really wonderful. The staff are a credit to the hotel & the entertainment team were excellent.

I cannot fault this hotel or staff . We 100% have no negative remarks to make. Really nothing to not like .

Better than the photos! Everything was really great, the people, the facilities, the rooms, the pools, the quality and variety of food. The staff were super friendly and very fast. The entertainment also very good. Also they had an app that made everything easier. This was a five star resort with the vibe of a family hotel. And the ladies at the kids club were fantastic.

It was a very enjoyable vacation. The hotel is very beautiful, spread over a large area, and has a low-rise architectural design. There are pools everywhere. The hotel gives off a campus vibe. Inside the hotel, there are cafes, playgrounds, a children's park, restaurants, and more cafes. You can take walks and have fun. The breakfast and dinner are simply wonderful. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

It is about 5 kilometers to KOS city, you have to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

Arrived very late and the 1st impression was not so good until getting to the rooms and was wow! Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were great with 2 options of restaurant, there is a 3rd restaurant for booked dinner served at one of the restaurant close to the beach, fantastic view The desert at each meal were so great with lots of option We loved the relax environment and Adult entertainment on weekend nights - All inclusive option was great and includes alcohol and coctails by the beach or any where in the resourt. The pool were all over the resort and not crowded at anytime, there are options for little children also. Loved the fact that staff would start up activities and invite people to join, great fun playing the ping pong Room cleaning were very pleasant and refil drinks and wine in each room The massage was super nice, I would recommend for anyone

I booked a family room but was not available on arrival due to delayed flight, we were offer all inclusive offer instead which was a good gesture I hate the fact the room temperature cannot be adjusted less than 16 degrees C but thanks to the balcony and the pool by my room There is not much going on outside the resort, however I did not attempt so maybe just an assumption from the feeling of the trip to & fro the airport - the island in general feels abandoned!
