We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The entertainment was fantastic for both kids and adults – my child especially loved the animation team, who were full of energy, fun, and incredibly engaging. The entire staff was warm, kind, and always ready to assist, which made us feel genuinely welcome. A special thanks to Rafella, who went above and beyond during our stay. When my husband had a minor accident, she was quick to respond, called a doctor, and supported us throughout – we’re so grateful for her care and professionalism.

The cocktails were a bit disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations in terms of taste or quality. Also, we felt that lunch and dinner were quite meat-heavy. It would be great to see more vegetarian options on the menu, as the choices felt a bit limited for those who don’t eat meat.

This hotel has everything you need for perfect and relaxed vacation. We got upgrade to executive room with beautiful view and it really enhanced our stay - next time we would definitely book that room type. Pools are amazing, food is good, staff is very kind and polite, we felt very welcomed. If you have small children, there are two great playgrounds in this resort, our little girl really enjoyed. Hotel also has nice, mostly sandy beach, so you actually don't have to even leave the resort during your stay if you don't want to.

We loved everything however we are not the type to be around the pool all day, so getting out and about can be tricky if you don’t have your own transport as taxis are hard to come by and although the bus is good it’s busy and if you want to be out and about you could be waiting a while all the time. We hired a car and saw many others on quad bikes, mopeds etc a great way to her around as everything is so close!

We stayed for 6 days in October and had a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with direct access to the pool from terrace. The hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, with a friendly and attentive staff. There was a wide variety of high-quality food available, and every evening featured indoor entertainment and a mini club for the kids. Despite it being late October, the weather was pleasant, with temperatures reaching up to 25°C. While the pool area was warm, the outdoor pools were a bit cold. However, children are allowed in the indoor, heated spa pool daily from 1-3 PM, which was a great option for families. We will come back next year in September to enjoy it to the utmost.

Hotel is very close to island centre. Just 10 min (15 Euro) by taxi. Hotel is definitely the best in the island. If i could rate over 10, i would have done it. All staff is helpful, smiling, reactive and informative. Food is delicious, rich and fresh. Rooms are wide and clean. Amenities and free coffee/ tea selections in the rooms are nice. Hotel area is so wide that even when the hotel is completely full the beach, pools are not very crowded. We booked for two nights. However we liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay. One more special thanks to Mr Ibrahim the reception cheff for his kind work supporting the guests. He is such a gentle person which every hotel needs. I recommend this perfect hotel to everyone without hesitation. We are sure that we will be back next year.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to Katia and Tonia for the incredible massages — you both have magic in your hands! And an extra special moment for us was when our son, Prince, had his very first spa treatment — the chocolate massage — which he absolutely loved! What a beautiful memory that will stay with us forever. Our dinner at Ithaka restaurant was a highlight of the trip — simply spectacular. We were so honored to have the space hosted just for us. Thank you to Stella for being the warmest and most attentive host. Your hospitality made the evening feel incredibly special. The food was beyond delicious — the lamb rack is a must-try, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And the smoked cheese appetizer was a real standout — a delightful surprise for the palate. A heartfelt thank you to Enricos, the F&B manager, for arranging such a memorable evening. We are truly grateful. Another unforgettable moment was our day trip to the Nisyros volcano, which was absolutely spectacular! A huge thank you to the Concierge team for recommending this experience to us — it was breathtaking and so well organized. Everything throughout our stay was made so easy and seamless, and we really appreciated that. Meticulously clean, beautiful high-end property, surrounded by pools and equipped with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. We were here for the start of the season and loved that it wasn’t busy. We had half board and food was varied and delicious, throughout multiple buffet bars, always with a fresh fruit bar and a salad bar. The entertainment crew was spectacular and the staff (front desk, restaurant servers, hosts, chef, etc) were all so friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the mini disco every evening and all the fun activities throughout the day. Greek night was so much fun! I loved stretching and yoga/pilates with Sara, as well as aqua dance and aerobics! We will definitely be back!!

The mini disco was a bit too loud but otherwise cannot complain, as staff was so friendly and kind, always inviting the kids! Also, didn’t get to use the jacuzzi as it’s quite small and when I checked there were others there. Would be nice to have one outside!

We had an amazing time here! It’s a lovely hotel but the staff really make the place. They are all so friendly and helpful. It’s impossible to overstate how great they were: from the animation team, to the cleaning staff, the waiters, the reception staff and the restaurant management. I have a gluten allergy and they were so accommodating. I could choose from a range of gluten free meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including crepes, pancakes, pizza and pasta. They also catered for vegetarians really well and the food was generally excellent. High quality and plenty of choice. The activities were good - not too much but enough to keep you entertained. And there’s tennis, climbing, Mini golf etc. It’s large with many many guests but never felt too busy and crowded. We all had a blast and would 100% come back. If you’re debating booking this place then do not hesitate!

The food was very diverse and delicious, with options to suit every taste. The hotel is especially suitable for families with children. Having a pool right in front of our room was a big plus, making it easy for the kids to enjoy their time. The evening activities were well-organized and clearly prepared with great effort. The staff were very kind and always smiling, which made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you for everything – we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent meals with plenty of choices. Lovely to see such variety and lots of Greek options. Great service, with cleanliness and table cleanup very good. Grounds were beautifully maintained. Staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Spa staff in particular were extremely friendly especially Efil and Maria(?). Loved our spa experience.

Would be nice to have water options on the table or as part of the table service at breakfast. No other problems!
